Happy monday to everyone. I hope you survived your weekend in a better state than I did.

I got in a few dungeon runs and even pugged my first heroic on the shadow priest. I got her iLevel up to 341, so the troll heroics aren't far off. I also finished the Deepholm quests and got through about 1/3 or so of Uldum. I'm looking forward to doing mor dungeons and heroics and getting my iLevel high enough to be able to pug some T11 raids.

Friday night wine & snacks tonight, and now that we've finished True Blood Season 3, not sure what we'll watch. Even better, I don't think we have much planned for Saturday/Sunday other than a bit of yard work, so hopefully it will be more relaxed than last weekend.
Was late coming home on Friday because of an unexpected after-work get together for someone who was leaving the company, but only 2 of many people who promised to come showed up, so I was invited along with another person to make up a nice booth sized group of 5 people. Small enough to talk to everyone, and I think it was an ok send-off for her. Saturday morning was free, but evening we had a few of my spouse's relatives over for dinner. Sunday was a walk and brunch in White Rock, then left-overs dinner in the evening and watched the first episode of Zen.

Nothing specific planned, still working on fishing/cooking dailies and professions for various 79+ Alliance toons, and their Classic Alliance city rep. My 79 shaman & rogue have been in Cata greens for 2 levels, but I might leave them in Northrend after they ding 80 to continue leveling there, rather than jumping into Cata zones right away. That might be a nice change, and there are still Northrend quests I have not done on any of my other 80+ toons. We'll see what happens.
Only managed to find time to do the dailies on several toons, but no leveling for 79 shaman & rogue. Because of the nice weather all weekend, not much indoor time for WoW.

Fri & Sat evenings - raid hopefully - Firelands plus BoT and/or BWD depending on how things go. I'm still waiting for a shoulder upgrade for my 333 shoulders...

We only worked on Firelands - we downed Shannox on our first try so people were excited about Beth so we spent all of our remaining time making progress on that. We went back on Saturday night and got Beth down (barely) and then spent some time learning the big Rock guy (Rhyolith or something like that). We still seemed to be making progress on our attempts so people wanted to stay and work on that rather than go farm the T11 stuff.

Saturday afternoon - Maybe Firelands trash since my friend made plans to do that instead of our usual old content. I'd have to bring an alt though since my main will hopefully be saved to Shannox before then.

I took my other Shaman alt - the one in half blue gear - and still was out dpsing half of the group (all of which were in full epics). Yeah - I can see why they were farming trash instead of trying bosses... Still, it was kind of fun especially since I went in there fully knowing that it wasn't going to be a top notch group. Heh

Dailies - on my main of course - on alts if I feel like it.

I didn't feel much like doing dailies so I only got them done every day on my main. I did a few on alts too but only one or two alts' worth on any given day.

Alts - probably will try to spend some more time on my lowbie Warrior and get him the rest of the way through the Silverpine quests. My goal with him is to do all of the zones (level 10 and up at least) at close to the proper level by turning on and off his experience from time to time. I'm rather enjoying it though right now he's a bit higher level than I'd like for the zones he's doing but on the plus side, having a mount is nice for getting around faster. I also want to get back to working on Arch more often on my alchemist because I'd really like the recipe from the Tol'vir. It seems like she never gets the jars to come up and instead gets 'lucky' with rares. Right now her Tol'vir project is the crawling hand pet which is awesome but I'd rather get the recipe first. >.<

I got my 21 Warrior through Silverpine and Ghostlands. I even soloed the group stuff in Ghostlands to my surprise. I went and turned his experience back on in preparation for starting Ashenvale next and will turn it off at about 23, I think. He's a fun little project. I don't remember doing much Arch though.

Real life - I should be going out to visit my family on Sunday. I didn't go last week because I was too miserable with this cold but it's almost gone now and I feel a lot better.

I had a nice visit. My mom was really happy to see me after two weekends of not seeing me (SD Comic Con and being sick on the next weekend). We had a good dinner plus birthday cake for my oldest nephew's youngest girl who turns 3 today.

Hey Morghast, you might want to suggest working on Baleroc before Ryolith. It's actually a very easy fight, once your crystal eaters get their rotation down. That's the big thing for that fight. My raid group got him down before Ryolith, which we struggled with for quite a while.

As far as my goals went, I ended up having to heal for the alt raid. -.- I did okay, thought not great. I'm probably going to have to heal for at least another week or two I think. And I was pretty much told by the leader that she wants to avoid as much class doubling as possible, and since she's a mage I probably won't get to bring mine. Which is lame, considering on Friday we had a holy and shadow priest, my resto druid and a boomkin, a warrior dps and tank. Oh well though. I'll be okay with bringing my DK instead, I'd just much rather play my mage.

Raid on Saturday with my priest went well. We're currently 4/7, and we got really close to getting Alys down. Ironically, one of our priest healers was out, and our warlock decided he wanted to bring in his shaman. So we only had three people who use cloth in the raid, and of course, the only cloth piece that dropped was the robes off of Beth, which none of us could use. In fact, nothing I could use even dropped this week, which really irked me, but oh well. I still had fun and that's the important thing.

I don't really remember much of the weekend. I didn't touch my Warrior, which was my stated goal. I think I'm going to hold off getting her to Outland until I've finished the Wintersaber quests. I did manage to push her inscription skill to 356 though as there was the usual glut of cheap weekend herbs on the AH. Enchanting is still lagging behind, but I'm thinking it's going to start costing me too much to level it ahead of what I can DE from quest rewards.

In Rreal life we bought a new mattress and finally upgraded to a queen size bed. It's going to be weird when it finally arrives; been sharing a double bed for years now.

WOW: Real life conspired to haul me out from in front of the a/c. I didn't get much WOW in, just some dailies, a bit of Tol Barad and a bunch of skinning as I tried to get the last few points of LW. I love the quest to kill crocs, lots of unclaimed kills and rapid respawns make me a happy skinner.

RL: I ended up getting baited into spending a large chunk of the weekend at the local tui na place. One of the young ladies is trying to learn English (and a bit of martial arts) and bribes me by offering extra time when she doesn't have other customers. I didn't get much WOW in, but after a couple of 4+ hour sessions I'm feeling much better.
