on the heirlooms it says binds to battle.net account.
ok so he is my question can i send it from alliance to horde and vice versa and if so how and also how can i
send heirlooms from one server to another

Cross-faction, yes, cross-server, no. Just type in the name of your opposite-faction character when you're sending mail and make sure everything is BoA. Remember, no cash.

Unfortunately, you can't send heirlooms across servers (yet). It's something they want to set up eventually, but as of now it's not possible.

Like what was said above, you can send it cross-faction. Just mail the heirloom like you would any other item.
