I need to get new glasses. I keep reading this as "any of you tubers out there?" This isn't a survey about gaming and couch potatoes?

Release next videos in 720p so you can see icons and text and stuff when running fullscreen.

And your jukebox selection needs a tweak. I don't know why every single PvP video has to include a generic metal song of some kind, but it seems to be tradition. It messed up the flow of your video, though. You started out with something I'd guess was Daft Punk, went to metal and then back to what I'm assuming was a track from the Tron soundtrack (I'm not a DP fan, so correct me if I'm wrong).

Stick to one genre per video. Go with metal if you want, but don't jump around too much.

And honestly, I'm tired of PvP videos with metal in them. It's not even good or unique metal, just some beat with a dude growling into a mic. Yeah, not a fan of metal, can you tell? I just felt that the Tron-esque music went just as well, if not better, with the video. And without being cliche.

Can't comment on the gameplay as I haven't done Hunter PvP since my Hunter was a Dwarf camping goldfarmers in Azshara, but I'm guessing you're good at it?

Oh, and a final note: if you use songs in a video, add them in the info field or the credits. I liked the first and last track, but can't be ***** connecting my iPhone to my headset just so Shazam can tell me what I was listening to.

Anyway, keep up the work.

Edit: My favorite Battleground is Vanilla Alterac Valley. 48-hour battles for the win. You could join a game in progress, fight for hours, leave, go eat, sleep, mow the lawn, or whatever, come back and join the same game again in time to win/lose.

Sadly, I could not release in 720p, I wasn't using good screencap and rendered the video wrong, the next and rest of my videos will all be of exponentially better quality.

And to preface this, I do comedy films first, then pvp videos.
With that being said, I know exactly what you mean about there being metal in pvp in videos, which is why I chose Austrian Death Machine. It was for very subtle comic effect, as ADM is not a band to be held on a serious note ( not sure if you know, but all Tim Lambesis does in it is make funny songs about Arnold Shwaarstsdgbshda )
It was the Tron soundtrack by Daft Punk, which you will probably see a bit more of in my videos, as well as classical music. But if I'm not mistaken the songs were "Derezzed" and "Outlands, pt. 2"

I do very much appreciate your positive/constructive feedback, most people with this much to say would just be trolling me, so your comment is well received.

As for AV, I loved pre-BC AV.
I can recall at least 5 times where I was in for four hours, and it was great fun.

To be honest, I'm not a big fan of Daft Punk, but the Tron soundtrack is awesome. I thought I recognized the sound, though. Thanks for listing the track names (was looking up Derezzed while reading your post, but didn't know the name of the second song).

Glad to see that the metal was a comic relief as well. It being stuck in between two such awesome tracks just made my heart bleed a little.

On another note, the damage output of someone in PvP gear is ridiculous. 20k crits? I'm in full PvE gear and people in PvP gear are outperforming me in 5-mans because their gear has higher core stats (str/agi). What the @#%^, man? I enter a BG in my gear and someone will crit me for 40k while my paws can't even make 'thud' sounds.

Edit: But I guess I shouldn't try to derail your thread yet. And don't worry about being trolled too much. This isn't the O-board. Smiley: tongue

Well you can bet that you won't be seeing metal soon, if have heals your wound a little bit.
And you are welcome ^-^

The damage output isn't even comparable with PvE gear though. It's all about how your reforge/gem/enchant your gear. You may be getting out-performed in a 5-man, because generally pvp is made for that burst, which gets you nowhere in a raid, as I'm sure you know.
And if you do not have PvP gear in a BG, you WILL get wrecked, I know I personally have crit someone for 60k who wasn't wearing and pvp gear xD

Haha nice xD

I should grind a PvP set and check the DPS difference. I'm doing 18-20k DPS on bosses, but I've been beaten by people in PvP gear. 20k DPS in PvP gear is kinda not how I imagine the developers wanted it. There'd be no reason to get PvE gear for 5-mans. Just get a PvP set and you can do both PvE and PvP. Hit rating isn't even a necessity for my spec, so the lack of it on the PvP set wouldn't matter.

Hilarious.

PvP sets still have the hit, if you did need it. I don't know what class you play, but for as a hunter I could still get the hit pvp gear and just have to gem to be hit capped.
If that IS the route you wanna take for 5-mans, you'd want to do it as soon as possible. With the new season opened up, not everyone is geared yet, but the more they gear, the harder it is for you.

It's been a while since I did PvP. After the nerf to shapeshifting, I tried it a bit and found it so hilariously stupid that I decided not to go there again. That was before they added the root break to Dash and Stampeding Roar, though. Might give it a whirl.

For a minute there, PvP was a little messed up, but as they've gone away from 4.0 it's rounded out pretty well.
Druids breaking CC was so OP, but if you spec resto, you get the ability to do so again
