Well, another weekend is behind. Who accomplished their goals and who didn't?

Personally, I didn't get much done other than a BRC run and a few quests in Vasjh'ir. Unfortunately, I ended up in the ER Sunday afternoon (don't worry, it's nothing serious) and I missed out on a chunk of play time because of it. I will be off of work tomorrow and Wednesday to recouperate, so maybe I can make it up then.

How did you guys do on your goals?

WOW: Yay! We got Cata up and working!

RL: Summer colds are teh sux. I still managed to get some time to try the new races for Cata and play around a bit with the other toons. It could have been worse.

My spouse is out with friends tonight, so no wine & snacks, but probably honey & peanut-butter sandwiches and chocolate milk. (It's great not having to grow up). More ugly wet weather forecast for the weekend, so I don't expect we'll get out for any walks, hikes or bike rides, although we can hope for a dry spell. We might get out with some other friends to see the last Harry Potter.
Friday night entertaining the kitties, eating toast & honey, and watching a few shows. Spent a lot of rainy Saturday going through photos of our France vacation, and deciding which of those 4000+ to print off for photo albums. Sunday was finally nice enough in the morning for a walk to Starbucks and read our books for awhile, but rain started again in the afternoon. Just another reason to be sitting in the theatre to see the last Harry Potter (very good) with friends, then out to dinner later.

This last week, I finally got back to my Cata toons and played my Worgen druid from 36 to 40, and worked on my 24 Goblin priest professions for herbalism and skinning. Also leveled my Tauren druid from 45 to 48, and finally got around to building the chopper for my 83 Dwarf hunter. This weekend, I might look at leveling the 24 Goblin priest some more, and doing some more exploring of old instances with 85 NE druid.
Did some dailies and worked on leveling some professions for various toons. Also, took my 85 NE druid through some missed quests in Borean Tundra and Storm Peaks for the quest achievements. Poked my head into the Nexus, Oculus and Halls of Stone on normal mode, and stealthed past most mobs to take down several of the early bosses in each of these. Interesting to see the visuals and mechanics in these instances, since I don't normally do instances at all. But because I play so many classes and am not great at any of them, then I would have likely caused a fail if I had done these with a group at the appropriate level.

Nice weekend, except for the weather.

WoW - Do more instances on my Pally.

RL - Sleep.

WOW - I ran into a nice tank and re-queued a few times, gaining my pally a couple of levels, a bunch of new gear and such. I also played around a little on my warrior and stuff. All in all a decent weekend.

RL - Sleep didn't happen. Blueberry farm opened at 6am Saturday, so wife did that and canned while I spent most of the weekend with the kids.

Loremaster Kamora Starwind

With that done, I've started leveling my mage again. Currently at 72.

Party was a lot of fun! Had some "issues" with E at the party, but we talked on Saturday and worked through them. Poly issues are overly complicated, but it's worth it I think. Plus they don't happen that often.

So, I still don't have my Defender title on my Druid. My mage hit 85 four or five days ago now, and she has it. Knocked out all three T11 raids this weekend, and she now has two or three 346 pieces and the rest are epics of different levels. Still need to get on and get my priest VP capped for the week though.

Fri and Sat night raid - assuming they don't need me to sit out, of course. I know one guy isn't going to be there but he's a caster and they often try to replace ranged with ranged. I think we're going to try something new and go work on Firelands progression first and then go clean out one of the old raids after frustration sets in because one of the main guys in the group gets frustrated when we wipe too much (3-4 tries???) and says he has to leave early or take his frustrations out on people. *rolls eyes* Personally, I think that I get more frustrated at people who give up because things are hard.

Shannox down on Saturday night after wiping on him a few times on Friday night. We also cleared BoT and part of BWD over the two nights as well. I hit honored with the Firelands rep so I got a new belt too.

I think our Saturday afternoon group is supposed to go back into ICC and work on some achievements for people to get closer to their ICC mount. Maybe I will ask if I can bring an alt or something. *shrugs*

I took my Warrior in and tanked. We got quite a few achievements and my friend finally got his LK kill. Yay!

I want to get some dailies done on alts. I haven't done as many in the last few days after my friend confronted me when I said I felt like I needed to do them. He said if they felt like a job or an obligation then I am doing it wrong. So, refocus on doing things because I have a goal to reach and not just because I feel like I should be doing them. I am also spending more time on archaeology, especially on my alchemist, because that recipe is something that I really do want to have. I haven't worked on the leveling alts in a long time so maybe I will grab one of those to work on for a few hours.

I did dailies on alts on Saturday and Sunday. I didn't do any more arch this weekend but I did take my lowbie Warrior and shut off his experience at 21 so I could go clear out the level 10-20 zones on him before he got too high. I'm gonna level him really slow and try to do as much of Loremaster at level as I can. I hate how fast leveling has become on characters that don't have all the experience buffs and heirlooms because I tend to play lowbie alts for the fun of questing and not to speed to level cap. I figure once I clear Barrens, Azshara, Ghostlands and Silverpine I can let him level up to about 23 and then work on the next set of zones and hopefully some of the quests will still be almost challenging. :/

Didn't post in the goals thread, but I managed to do my duties as best man and get my buddy married to a girl that's way too good for him.

I never want to be the best man again. Weddings aren't fun when you have responsibilities. Smiley: frown

WoW: I did my MF dailies every day... I think.

RL: Went home, and watched True Blood/ate delicious food with friends.

Other than that, I mostly played EVE. Primarily my alt, who I've been mining with whilst reading/playing games on my DS.

WoW- Farmed a lot of honor and picked up Vicious Glad chest, legs, polearm, and rifle for my hunter. Only made it on to the priest to cut gems and make enchants for the gear my hunter got.

RL- Had a blast at my friends cookout. Met some new gamers to hang out with and got drunk to boot. Didn't go to my brothers for his fish fry though.
