I am selling the http://www.wowhead.com/spell=23800 and was announcing it in trade as the best weapon enchant for hunters and rogues on BOA weapons.
I got a whisper from someone telling me its not really the best as there is a recipe you can get from the Keepers Of Time with exalted rep that has 22 agility.
I can't find it on wowhead and went to the Keepers Of Time quartermaster and did not see it there either. Does anyone know anything about this?

Unless they changed the iLevel of BoA's you are stuck with vanilla enchants. Last time I checked all BoA's are considered iLevel 1.
There's also no weapon enchant from Keepers of Time, or any weapon enchant anywhere for 22 Agility. Vanilla has a 15 and 25 Agi enchant, but the 25 Agi 'chant is for 2H weapons.
