Did they ever say why they changed it? The gold was so much better, imo. It certainly made organizing things easier. And it only took a moment to check a toon for any BoA items (and you could reliably do so), which was super useful for transferring them, especially if you intended to delete the toon.
Just seems like a weird thing to intentionally change.

That's good, because I've been so paranoid. I've been deleting old, unused toons to make room for my altitis, and it's been stressful. >.>
