Can i buy the game now and activate later?Follow

Hi all,

Do you know if i buy WoW now (temporary price is 5€ on blizzard site) does my 30 day period start right now or i can activate game time whenever i want for example in 2 months?

Your 30 days of playtime starts when you load the game.

That depends on if you're buying a digital copy or a physical copy. If you buy a digital copy, there's a good chance that it will start immediately.

Basically the way to tell is when you actually make your account, that's when time starts ticking. If I were you, I would get a 7 day free trial from the website before buying the game, get your account set up, and then buy the game in whichever form you prefer. I'm pretty sure the 30 day trial period stacks on top of that when you buy the game.

Considering the two prices are the same, you should just buy a physical copy if possible. Then there is no risk. And there are sometimes sales on the box, when there aren't on the digital copy.
