The one thing I really don't like about AH mods is when people post pages upon pages of single stacks of some commodity (like herbs, ore, or volatiles) that people buy in bulk. It's one thing to do that with 10 or 20 of something, but when you have 200 volatile life and you post them all individually...
One of the big reasons I switched to Auctionator is that its interface accumulates like auctions (same seller + stack size + price) into a single line item, from which I can buy one instance in a single click. So I can buy those 200 VL with 201 clicks, as opposed to 600 plus mad scrolling. It's an inconvenience, sure - but as long as the barrier to entry is higher for other people than me, selfish motivations balance the annoyance.
That and being able to cancel auctions straight from the "sell item" page. I'm not a scribe, so I have no need for autocancel/autopost mods (thank the light). But I do sell a lot of 1k+ BoE gear (crafted, high-end enchants, Vials) on a low-mid pop server, so there's likely to be at most one sale in a day, and it will go to the lowest of the four listings at that moment.
The only thing I miss is the ability to automatically fish for stuff you can make money by adding value to (DE, prospect, combine/split, vendor).
