No, but "Enemy at our Roots" is a different matter.
It's not that we don't want to help people in need - we are generally nice guys - but I'd recommend bookmarking http://www.wowhead.com/ . There you'll find all infos for a quest you could ever need, including bugreports for quests (unless you are the first to notice, ofc). It helped me loads, and it will help you, too. And it's faster than asking on the forums to boot.

I believe the quest is available near the northern part of Felwood, where the Timbermaw tunnel to Winterspring and Moonglade starts.
