is there a repairer in felwood?
Yes - Whisperwind Grove has one for sure. I think there are others though none come to mind at the moment. I think the Alliance and Horde hubs in the north also have repair places.

Emerald Sanctuary has an NPC that can repair, too.

Best way to find out, is to click that little magnifying glass near your Mini-Map and click "Repair" and go to each Flight Path in the zone. If there's a repair NPC nearby (there usually is), it will appear on your minimap like a mining or herbalism node would.
