#1 May 05 2011 at 12:40 PM Rating: Excellent
My guild just got all raid bosses down on normal, we ended up doing all raids in 1 night and downing nef and al'kir in the same night for the first time. i know alot of people have probley already done this but we had alot of trouble with people leaving the guild (1 guy moved to china >.<) and people not showing up and we only raid 1 night a week but finally we had the right people on to down everything. al'kir is a *****.. me and the tank were the only one's alive with 500k left but i ended up busting out some cd's and saving the day right before i was about to die (i got lightning rod >.<) It's the best feeling to know you saved the day it's why i play wow.

Aside from the fact that it seems like you wrote that without taking a breath, I'm not sure how it's OT(unless you meant On Topic). Smiley: tongue

Congrats on your kills!

Thanks and don't give up i knew my guild was able to do those bosses easy we just needed to get the attempts in and maybe get a little lucky! we are actually 2/13 on heroics so i know our 10m is capable of much more if we raided more weekly and didn't have lives outside of wow lol.

Congrats on the kills. Always a good feeling clearing raid content while it is still current.

Something us mortals live, Noc. Not something a script like you would need to worry about.

That's awesome Flixa, grats! My group is still stuck on Cho'gall. We've had to replace a few people which has held back our progress, but nothing too extreme. And at least it wasn't because of them getting geared up and leaving. Life happens, people get distracted with Rift, etc. We still have at least two months to get stuff down, I'm not too worried.

Games don't scare me! I'll kick everyone's butt if I have to!

(We totally found the original movie for cheap, and finally got to watch it. I still haven't decided if I like the original or remake better... And I'm going to assume you're talking about Tron, because... well that's what I'm assuming).

Grats!

My guild is 11/12 still with only Nef to get down. The group I have been running with is still at 9/12 though and working on Cho'gall.

Isn't the new Tron a sequel, not a remake?

Eh, pretty much. Though they did it well enough that it could stand on its own (we had seen the new one before the original). Don't know why I really said remake, but oh well lol

I'm going to forgive you because I haven't even seen it yet. I need to see the first one again, I think it has been about 20 years.

Yeah, I had no clue what it was about until I saw the new movie (I was that lame lol). But watching it, I completely understood what was going on. So I think, considering I hadn't seen the first one, they did the second one well. Plus the fact that they have two of the main characters (Jeff Bridges and Bruce Boxleitner) from the first movie in the second made it more enjoyable. Plus, going back and watching the original (even with the graphics the way they were back then) was definitely fun to watch.

For some reason, I thought he was talking about Reboot. Tron definitely makes more sense. Smiley: laugh

Started airing in 1994. Also, DVD release planned for this year.
