Are you a good player?

PVE= 8: Not too bad, raid a bit and can stay out of fire, don't min/max all the times.

PVP= 8: Still in 2400 rating, not good enough for Gladiator

Professions= 9: Missing only Blacksmith

Now what about you?

9/10 PVE (it's really easy)
3/10 PvP.
Of course, I think I'm the Gods' gift to PvE and that I suck at PvE, so as self ratings always go, they're worthless.
Take what I said, make it more poetic, and you've got something tolerable to read :D

Hmmmm.....

Professions: 9/10, have all professions near-maxed (500+) on both my Alliance and my Horde servers.

PvE: Gear: 6. Almost ready for Heroics on my Horde tank, my Alliance tank.... meh, nowhere near yet. Haven't been working on it really. As for Skill, I dunno, 7-8. Still learning the Naga/Mouse-moving, I'm fairly quick to learn new tactics, and I'm decent about seeing crap I'm not supposed to stand in, and getting out of it. I've done a little light raiding, but I'm not a progression raider, nor am I even in a raiding guild at the moment. I'm content with just doing Heroics for some Justice Points and buying a piece of JP gear here-and-there with the occasional purple bought from the AH.

PvP: Meh. lol. I don't really care about PvP, I give myself a 1-2 as far as gear, I could make a full set of crafted blues, but it isn't like someone in crafted blues would actually be viable, and even then... I know zilch about PvP anyways.

PVE = 6/10 - I'm slightly above the average player (50%) but not much. I'm not God's gift to raids, but Lag is a huge part of my lousy play.
PVP = 1/10 - I'm a frost mage - so since I've only run about a dozen non-rated BG - I'm still a 1.... But mostly I just die and give free honor kills. PVP is lame. (in fact anything i hate is also lame.... - ***** you archeology...)

Prof - 7/10 - I waste money so that small number goes from 450 to 525... I'm so proud

PvE: 9/10; even when I'm a bit undergeared, I tended to top meters as a rogue.

PvP: 8/10; I'm good enough for ~2200, but I never had the partners or teams or gear to really get to that final push up to Gladiator, though I probably could.

Professions: 7/10? I don't know, I never really cared much about completing my professions, and only got stuff to make money with and min/max my toon.

Hmm...as a healer:

PVE - 9/10. I don't raid much, but I've considered myself amongst the best on my server, top 10 maybe. Unfortunately I can't raid at "normal" times, so instead I'm one of those rare healers that makes your random pug more entertaining and amusing while healing through damn near anything.

PVP - 6/10. I can be pretty annoying when I'm hidden, but I don't PvP much on my healer.

As a DPS:

PVE - 8/10. Good situational awareness most of the time, but prone to forget that my mana bar exists.

PVP - 9/10. I can only judge myself based on non-rated battlegrounds, but as an Affliction Warlock I feel damn near invulnerable. I use my cooldowns wisely, I know what to expect from each class, and I actually know how to defend stuff. Oh, and I set my portal near the edge at LM, and return really angry if someone Mind Controls me off the cliff. It just offends me terribly for some reason.

3/10 - PvE Raiding. I don't raid, but I did try it out for the first time in Cataclysm. I don't have a powerful machine at the moment, and a crappy connection. Being new to raiding, I still could follow directions, and learn the encounters however. But without the hardware, I was falling behind and hurting the team.

2/10 - PvP. Same as above but I also have bad reaction timing, and it gets me killed. I never have tried arena, and only PvP in battlegrounds. I'm fine in a group, I know my assignment, but alone I get pwned.

10/10 - Crafting. I farm like a mo fo.

10/10 - Questing. I read quests like a mo fo.

PvE: 6/10 I could be a lot better with reacting to things, positioning (more an issue as DPS than tank/heals), target switching, DPS rotations and cool down usage.

PvP: 2/10 I'm pretty bad. Need a lot more practice to even have a better idea of what needs to get better besides everything.

Professions: 8/10 Missing BS and Alchemist still.

PvP: 3-4/10. I don't really participate in pvp, I never really liked it enough to learn it properly.

Shaman heals: 7/10. I can keep people up, but not my favorite. I feel it is the most stressful part of the group.

Shaman dps: 10/10. I know when to get out of fire, when to interupt, how to maintain cc, when to help out heals, and when to beat faces. Love the melee shaman.

DK frost: ilvl 333, so not happy with current dps output (8k). I find I'm sacrificing oblits for DS to help out healers. I should probably stop that. No cc and poor interupt compared to shaman. 7/10

DK blood: ilvl 346...just got new 2h sword from tb. Am really enjoying tanking, but haven't tried heroics yet. Still needing tank bracers...no luck yet (working on ramkahen rep). 8/10

You've completely left out the really important categories:

Vanity pet collection: 8/10, and I ground out 90% of those buggers myself.
Mount collection: 6/10
Barber shop use and color coordination: 10/10

PvE: 9/10 on my Druid, 7-9/10 on other.
PvP: 7/10 on my Druid, 1-5/10 on other.

Of course, this is all relative to the quality available in PUGs, so take it with some salt.

The 9001 I understand, but only 10?*

I'd say I'm 7-8/10 PVE, 3-4/10 PVP, in both cases best as heals, and 9.8/10 Professions (I'm with Borsuk - damn you archeology!).

*Factoid: it is the only film to be rated 0-11 instead of 0-10.

Hmm,

pve 7/10: Sometimes I don't understand why I'm not doing as good as I should be.
pvp 4/10: I want to get better and learn, but I think I have to play a different class to actually become good at pvp.

Professions? I don't know, I have a few maxed.

I tried to resist doing this, I really did. Maybe its because this was a contemporary movie for me, right out of college, but I have got to post it on the nearly impossible chance that someone does not know what this is all about.

Nigel Tufnel: The numbers all go to eleven. Look, right across the board, eleven, eleven, eleven and...
Marty DiBergi: Oh, I see. And most amps go up to ten?
Nigel Tufnel: Exactly.
Marty DiBergi: Does that mean it's louder? Is it any louder?
Nigel Tufnel: Well, it's one louder, isn't it? It's not ten. You see, most blokes, you know, will be playing at ten. You're on ten here, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, you're on ten on your guitar. Where can you go from there? Where?
Marty DiBergi: I don't know.
Nigel Tufnel: Nowhere. Exactly. What we do is, if we need that extra push over the cliff, you know what we do?
Marty DiBergi: Put it up to eleven.
Nigel Tufnel: Eleven. Exactly. One louder.
Marty DiBergi: Why don't you just make ten louder and make ten be the top number and make that a little louder?
Nigel Tufnel: [pause] These go to eleven.

Yeah, that's how I feel a lot of the time too. I still do pretty good, but I know I could do better.

I'd probably rate myself a 7.5/8 for PvE.

For PvP, I'd like to say -1 because I really feel that bad, but I'm probably not that bad in actuality. 2/10 is probably more accurate.

PVE - 7/10
I consider myself a decent player but I know that I'm no where near the best, or even the best I could be if I worked harder.

PVP - 2/10
I really suck at PVP. It's fun and I enjoy it, but I am REALLY bad at it.

PvE : Hmm, tough call. I'd say 7-8/10, just because I don't stand in fire, purple goo, or erupting volcanoes. I do not, however, always use my CDs wisely. I probably need more add-ons to assist with that.

PvP : Even tougher call. I'd like to say I am a PvP god and leave it at that, however, that would be untrue and probably illegal in some states. I'll go conservative, 5-6/10. I'm probably best at healing in PvP, although I rarely play a healing class outside of my lowly Priest. I did do pretty well with my Druid as Resto for awhile there, pre-Cata though.

PvE: 5-7

It depends on the day and which role I'm stuck in. I'm a fairly 'meh' tank. Healing usually goes pretty good, though I've been known to get tunnel vision in raids and stand in something while staring at grid. DPS I'm competent at, except when I'm doing drunk kitty, then all bets are off and I has all your aggro. Smiley: wink

PvP: 2-4

I know my class/spec fairly well, but I'm not well read. I don't know other classes CDs for example. I also need more practice. My mind still goes blank from time to time, and I don't have all my own CDs memorized yet (in my defense an Warlock Engineer has lots Smiley: tongue) That being said there's no reason I can't go into a battleground and do better/be more useful than people with more gear than me.

Professions: Alchemy, Herbalism, Engineering, Mining, Archeology... that's what? A 4 or 5?

PVE - 8 Because of language problems, I'm not a first draft choice for raids. Because I can handle things with minimal input from the raid leaders, I'm a fairly solid second round choice despite language problems.

PVP - 6 I don't do arena, but can do alright in BGs. I'm still pretty lukewarm on PVP.

Professions - 8 I have them all and tend to keep them at max level for the toon, but don't have every toon to level cap and have less than complete recipes.

Pets and mounts - 2 I just haven't been bitten by the bug.

Achievements - 2 Ditto. I find myself not bothering with even holiday achievements because I'm not that interested in trying to kill X turkeys or find a female dwarf.

Barbershop and outfits - 2 I know there are now barbershops, but usually find I've already picked the least bad haircut available to the toon.

Alts - 10 Really, I swear that fourth account was an accident. On the other hand, it will come in handy for Cata ... whenever we finally get it.
