Good morning,

What are your plans for the weekend?

- Finally reach Ramkahen exalted
- Start on Earthen Ring reputation
- Work on tanking, I still need more situatin awareness, if I were in heroics, we'd wipe all the time since many times, one mob is hitting the caster and I don't even notice it.
- Daily JC quest and Fire Prism
- Start going out on small mining runs to get some ore/gems/volatiles
- Work on tailoring until I can do the BoP bolt recipes and start stockpiling.

How about you?

I dont have any specific goals for this weekend, but I have new long term goals I am working on at the moment. I started last weekend to work on the Reputation Factions I never bothered with before.
Oracles and Frenzyheart will take a long time. Kaluak will be a couple more days. The Burning Crusade factions could take a bit longer. I started running Magisters Terrace for the Shattered Sun Offensive and in 2 Heroic runs I got the pet and the mount.
This weekend I will specifically focus on my Aldor rep, if I get that exalted I have enough arcane tomes to quickly flip my scryers to exalted as well. Will also run Magisters Terrace and Sethekk Halls a few times, for rep and a possible mount.

Another weekend inc, where's the time?

-WoW-
- Level my Alliance paladin through a huge chunk of OL. Hate the place, so the sooner I'm out of there the better. He's 61.5 now.
- I probably won't be spending time on my main character. My motivation to do all those dailies has dropped to an all-time low. No Horde for me this weekend.
- Find a guild for my pala, perhaps.

-RL-
- Not much planned this weekend. Mom-in-law is celebrating her bday on a Sunday, her actual bday is today so we'll hop by for a coffee this evening.
- Chores, shopping, the usual
- Try to relax, it's been a stressful month and it won't be ending soon

Good luck on your goals all, and have fun achieving them!

Since my coworker has called in sick and I have to work Thursday/Friday nights this week, my weekend really doesn't start for another day or so. Considering we'll probably end up with more @#%^ing rolling blackouts today as well, I guess that's for the best.Edit: Apparently I get no weekend. I will likely plan on just doing the first part of the WoW goals.

WoW goals:
-Due to the snowstorm and blackouts, I haven't played WoW in several days. If I can just log some time on the warlock to do my daily transmutes and the mage to do JC and TB dailies, I'll be happy with that. Anything beyond this step is bonus.
-Planning to start Highlands on the DK. Should go a good ways to replacing the last few weak pieces of gear she has so I can start tanking a few random reg modes when she dings 85.
-Need to remember to farm Anzu each day with the mage.

RL Goals
-Need to return the pants I ordered from Amazon. I goofed and ordered the wrong size.
-House could use a bit of cleaning. If I'm not getting sick(it's either a cold or a combo of allergies/lack of sleep), I'll put in some time working on this.

I will run HoO at least once, and do some leveling on my Warlock. There's real life plans too, I no longer have a pair of jeans without holes in them, so I need to remedy that.

RL:
Wine & snacks Friday and our monthly anniversary tonight. Spouse might be off to a ballroom dancing competition with friends tomorrow using some free radio contest tickets, but I'm still under-the-weather due to cold/flu and coughing too much to join them. Hopefully I can improve enough over the weekend for us to get out for another walk, since my last bit of exercise was last Sunday.

WoW:
Continued leveling my warrior (herbalism /alchemy) through the week from high 77 to halfway through 79 primarily with archaeology and herbalism, but also did the short Icecrown questline to open up the flight point at the Shadow Vault. Archaeology leveling does use up rested XP so my warrior needs a week of rest from that, other than doing SW cooking / fishing dailies. Might be time to get back to my lower level toons in my second account (30 worgen druid, 14 goblin priest and a few others) to see where I can get them to.

Have a great weekend!

Superbowl Weekend.

That and a late celebration with friends for the Chinese New Year before/during the game.

WoW: If I get time to jump on I'm pushing my Rogue to 85. Then working on my Priest. HFP is getting old.

I haven't decided if I wanted to go home and visit my family this weekend so that could effect what I want to do.

Otherwise my WoW goals are to:

  • Finish Dragonmaw rep and get my tanking boots before BWD raid tonight on my DK.
  • Continue solo running Heroic UP, Sethekk Halls, and MGT for their mounts.
  • Maybe work on my mage's gear some more.

A 3 day weekend for me so for the goals -

- 85 Paladin
- Finish the last few quests in Twilight Highlands and then move onto daily's for gold and rep.
- A few normal dungeons for healing practice and hopefully some new gear.
- Try to up my ilvl them last 2 points to be able to queue for heroics and at least do 1 per day.
- Spend some gold on a couple of BoE Epics and get them enchanted (depending what 7k can buy me).
- Farm a little more ore for Blacksmithing.

- 80 Warlock
- Cooking and fishing daily each day (might as well get him a little towards 85 while I don't have the time for him).

- 80 Priest
- Do a few more quests for greens to DE (got a load of level 81 greens that I can't DE yet) and some cloth drops for Tailoring.

- 80 Hunter
- A few levels of Jewelcrafting with the excess ore and gems from the Paladins mining spree.

- Other bits

- Possibly mess around with some trash in a 10 man on Saturday night.

- Keep looking for new recruits for the Guild.

I'm hoping to get into the raid tonight - after last Saturday's raid, I think they have a pretty good idea of my competance. Heh - the perils of starting an expansion with a new guild that doesn't really know you. I'm also hoping to get into the Saturday night session of the raid as well.

I may be doing some ICC achievements on Saturday afternoon but I'm really not sure how that is going.

I plan on doing my usual dailies on my main as well as some dailies and cooldown type stuff on some alts. I really don't focus much on my alts when I have a lot to keep my main busy with. I did get my other Shaman finished with all the dungeon elders (solo!) so she's got another title to choose from.

I'm still working on individual zone achievements on my main and I only have a few left in Eastern Kingdoms to go. After I am done with that, I may start doing Loremaster on my Alliance Shaman since there are a lot of new Alliance quest chains I haven't seen yet now.

Real life stuff to do includes another trip to work on my mom's hoard of stuff that needs going through. I also plan on my weekly drive out to my sister's to visit her family and my mom as well. I keep telling myself that I need to spend some time getting some more shelves and sorting through my stuff here at home but I am always putting that off. Heh

RL: Tonight should be a lot of fun, one of my really good friends is doing an open mic night stand up routine for her fiancee for his birthday. She's freaking hysterical, so I imagine it'll be quite enjoyable. Also my other boyfriend and his girlfriend are coming down to see that as well. That makes getting to spend two evenings with him this week! Other than that, I have a lot of homework to catch up on from being sick. Also, new Glee episode after the Super Bowl. May or may not try to catch it live considering how random the end time for that game is every year.

WoW: Raiding on Saturday. May or may not try to do a random heroic and BRC afterwards, then I need to log for homework.

Hunter to 82, cap herbalism/mining.

I'll probably do it during the Super Bowl, since I have no interest in the game and hope the entire stadium gets hit by a meteor.

Which would actually be a 3-for-1, because it's Jerryland.

RL: It is still Spring Festival here, so there's no telling what Bun-Bun is going to decide we'll do. This is her year (Rabbit) so she gets to be indulged. One of her projects has been hauling me out for tui na and acupuncture; I was not aware that sadism was one of the Rabbit traits.

WOW: Goals are minimal since whatever play time I get is going to be pretty chopped up.

DK: Run randoms and do Wintergrasp to try for an upgrade on at least one slot.

Hunter: The same, except I would really like to replace this silly green bow.

Paladin: Got him the cold weather flying book. Now to see what I can do to speed up leveling.

Happy Year of the Rabbit!

WoW
Maybe just maybe add Cataclysm to my account and get started on the new content, been working on the zone achievements on my character who already has Loremaster from the do 700? quests in EK and Kalimdor etc, but now that it's broken down by zone, they're so nicely redone it's great to go do them again just to blow through and see what's what. Only 3 zones left for EK then move to Kalimdor.

Figure out where in Nagrand I goofed up on this character, most of my characters are 5 quests short because they never make it to Shadowmoon valley to quest, but I purposely went to SMV first this time and now I'm 8 quests short. I know some of them will come from the ring of blood, but I don't think all of them. Unless the quests for the dungeons will lead to a follow-up in the zone I'm not sure where I went wrong. Not completed SMV yet either on this character, have a few group quests that I just can't solo, tried the guy in the netherwing fields but he ripped me to pieces, looked at the spirit world dragon out on the netherwing island but without heals I don't think I'll bother and there's a couple more, hopefully catch up with a healing friend this weekend and knock them out.

Get the next ding on my blacksmith so I can up his trade-skill cap beyond 375. Stinks to be working with someone levelling who hasn't been on in a week, at the same time as me at least.

RL
Not much, keep up the job hunt, organize the house a bit better and maybe actually get a price for some angle-iron for a heavy duty set of shelves that won't fall / collapse.
