Partial OOT, maybe?

TL;DR - I need help getting email contacts for Apple and Blizzard HQ visits.

I read that a child was invited to Blizzard HQ for a tour a few years back. As much as I wanted to enjoy that same privilege, financial constraints is a major setback (no, it is not 'merely a setback' unfortunately).

Until now, an opportunity has presented itself. I work for a school in Singapore, and the vice principal of said school has asked of me to source for companies in USA which we may arrange for visits to enrich the teachers (to help them in their teaching methods so to speak).

The very first company she had in mind was Apple HQ in San Francisco, but I asked if a gaming company such as Blizzard would be considered too. Her reply amounted to a yes, I think she doesn't know much about the gaming industry.

OK,so here's my problem. I have scoured the websites of Apple and Blizzard. But I could not find any contact even remotely related to inquiring about scheduled visits to their HQ companies (from a country half a world away).

I managed to find out that the Apple HQ is open to public, but the blog article dates back to 2002. Blizzard's sites is full of customer service links divided by categories, none which is what I am looking for.

I have considered posting on the blizzard's forums, but you know how things are like over there. I need to wear some sort of mental anti radiation suit just to read stuff. Apple's forums have rigid sections addressing different topics, and I am not entirely sure which section is relevant.

Would you guys/ladies be able to point me in the right direction? May your resourcefulness and willingness to help bring good fortune and many good karma upon your descendants.

Happy Lunar Festival!

1) Update - I managed to find something for Apple's scheduled events. I'll try Blizzard's customer service contacts in this case then.

I guess your best bet would be to call/email customer service with your story and see where that gets you.

When in doubt, contact the PR folks. Note, however, that Blizzard segments their operations according to localization and you may have a bit of a struggle getting them to understand that you don't want to be referred to China, Taiwan or Korea.

Try Investor Relations or Public Relations at Activision.

pr@blizzard.com This is the press and media contact and would be your best bet. The tours would be considered press even if you are not, say in the newspaper business.

When in doubt, or if this is easier, mail them directly at:

Blizzard Entertainment
P.O. Box 18979
Irvine, CA 92623

Hope this helps!
