Good morning,

How did you do on your goals?

I aced them Smiley: nod

Quote:
- Level up my Rogue from 84 to 85 by finishing Deepholme and going straight to Twilight Highlands.

Done, like that except with a couple of random dungeons sprinkled through.
Quote:
- Max her mining out.

Done
Quote:
- Grind her jewel crafting up so I can start doing dailies.

Done
Quote:
- Gear my Death Knight doing heroics and working on rep with specific factions (haven't researched that yet)

Done, but it's ongoing of course. I'm heading for exalted with Ramkahen, got a couple of drops in a heroic random, and got enough justice points for a nice upgrade.

How about you?

WoW Goals
-Mage to exalted with Ramkahen. Less than 5k to go, so only a few dungeons/heroics to make it happen.
-New mount from the BW. I need 25 tokens to do it, iirc, so I'll need to get some time with the island held by Alliance to make it happen by Sunday night.
-DK to 83. Probably won't happen considering RL stuff, but it's a goal.

Ironically, the only one I accomplished was the DK to 83. I spent most of my weekend playing Fallout: New Vegas.

GF will be visiting. She's taken a liking to D&D, so I'm gonna try to get her to watch The Gamers: Dorkness Rising while she's here.
GF was ill and didn't make it down. Visit postponed til next weekend.

My goals for this weekend are:
- Finally finish a heroic on my paladin
- Level my sham up to at least 82
- Transfer my mage back to Dath'Remar.

Got my mage back to Dath. Mah baby is home.
Didn't get my sham up to 82, don't even think I managed to get him up 4 bars.
And didn't finish a heroic on my paladin.
Got up to the 3rd boss of Blackrock Caverns before things went to hell.
Ended up questing a fair bit on my rogue trying to save up enough gold for another toon to get epic flying.

It's been a while since I've have the free time to actually think about goals for the weekend!

WoW:
Work on Rep with my Lock whilst questing through the Cata zones. Shouldn't be a problem since hitting 85 a few weeks ago. Also work on Archy.

Done, sorta. Finished all zones apart from Uldum and I'm halfway through that now. Did a few dig sites whilst flying about. Still need to max Reps out for 346 gear.

My mate and I have rolled a pair of Rogues purely for pvp. Having real fun being a pain, especially as were are on voice coms too. I've never really enjoyed pvp in WoW, but I am loving it at the moment. Tonight then, will be about getting some levels on. Dinged 20 last night, so we are aiming for 24-25 by the end of the weekend.

Miserable fail. He cried off all weekend citing illness. Wuss.
Barboaza wrote:
Mage - need to get some levels on him too. Aswell as levelling mining.

Fail there too. Didn't even log him on.

Dunno, no plans really til Sat evening when the GF is coming over. Will be spent watching The Big Bang Theory and stuff.

That went as planned. Had a pleasant evening and morning. 'Nuff said.

- max out First Aid (521 atm) <- done
- level Fishing and Archeology a bit (unlikely) <- gained a few skillups but nothing major
- get some skillpoints for Tailoring and Enchanting (505 and 506 now; VERY unlikely) <- actually got Enchanting to 509, better than expected but still lousy :)
- level my 58 DK alt so that he can farm herbs and ore <- did not level him but got both professions up a bit

RL:

- tonight catch up with an old friend and NOT get hammered by doing so because: <- done
- tomorrow I'm invited to a birthday party and I don't want to show up already hung over; that's for sunday :) <- done and was a great night

"I hope I can sort things out after a huge wave of patches"

Hmmm... valid, but not the most exciting of goals. Servers went down for 24 hours on Wednesday as we patched from 3.2.2a to 3.5.5a. No surprise there, they were down for more than 24 hours, came up briefly on Thursday, and choked again on Friday due to a hotfix.

By mid Saturday I had things updated enough to be playable. I got to see my first ICC content and got to do my first random instances. Old content for you guys, but it was interesting for me to finally see some of it.

Rumors are swirling, there is talk that we might get patched up to WoW 2.0 (aka the pre-Cataclysm 4.x patches) by as early as May.

I actually have goals this week! Level my level 80 Blood Night (I guess they're called Paladins now, huh?) because Druid tanking has me Smiley: cry

Pretty successful! I went from 80 to 83 1/2, completing all of Hyjal and Deepholme. I had never done Deepholme before, but I think it's going to be one of my favorite zones now - it's just set up so well. I leveled as Retribution and finally got some semblance of a rotation/priority system after a couple of levels. Planning on going Protection now and doing some instances. I ran BRC twice and Stonecore twice, so at least I know those two Smiley: grin. Loving Paladin although it does feel a bit slow - I went into Deepholme on my level 85 Druid and completed 32 quests in about an hour. Took my Pally about an hour and a half (slower flying KILLS me).

I also logged on my Druid to do a bit of Deepholme. I ran a random normal for the JP (Grim Batol) and it just reemphasized how crappy my druid is with tanking Smiley: mad. Sigh. I'm bitter, sue me. I did manage to hit Revered with Wildhammer (nothing for Druids at that level) and Baradin (still need 10 tokens for my reward). Oh well...

WoW:
Hm, all I'm left to do is run heroics/normal dungeons for Rep for the Uldum people and/or the TB pvp peeps.
Maybe do massive farming of goods while waiting in Qs, and then decide do I want to lvl Hunter or Warrior (goods would be for Alchy on Hunter and BS/JC on Warrior).

RL:
There are now 2 more people living with us. They are little kids. It snowed a great deal the other night, so I'm sure I'm going to end up out side in the cold with them ><

maybe play some other non-WoW games.

WoW:
I played for a total of maybe 3 hours this weekend -.-

RL:
They are loud, and think the rules don't apply to them lol. Oh how their lives are going to change.

Played nothing else.

Nope. Uldum is bigger than I first expected. Loving every minute of it though.

Did the pre-quests to get my DK into Hyjal but that was it for other toons.

We both still have our cold/flu from a few weeks ago, is slowly getting better. Had hoped we might be well enough to go out snowshoeing in local mountains, but our breathing isn't the best so probably not. Friday night wine & snacks, catch up on some shows, and play with our kitties through the weekend.
Just this, out to see the King's Speech on Saturday evening, and walked up to our local Starbucks (about a mile away) on Sunday for coffees and to read our books. Lots of TV and relaxing.

WoW:
Leveled my druid last half to 83, might try to get her to 84 this weekend. Continue with leveling up alchemy and inscription on warrior and shaman respectively, along with SW dailies on various toons.

Did a bit more on my worgen druid a few times this last week and leveled her from 21 to 28 in Duskwood in about 3 hours play time with the help of the Redridge Bravo Company. Might borrow these guys again to get a few more levels this weekend.
Only into WoW for a few hours, but got NE druid almost to 84, inscription on shaman another 10 levels, did SW dailies on several toons, and leveled worgen druid to 30.

Warlock is 79 and about 15%. Hopefully can start getting closer to 80 this week. Druid got a couple of instances done, thanks to me getting up at 4:00am to do them. Football was watched while doing random stuff around the place.

So I had a pretty good weekend. Friday night I finished Vash'jir (and, consequently, all of the Cataclysm zones) and decided to poke around Ghostcrawler's area. Whizzed around on the seahorse, and spotted a dot on the map after not even one full patrol. Landed, Nerfbat'd, tamed.

Saturday I decided to start making the rounds of several rare spawn locations between queues. In the afternoon, I stumbled across Loque'nahak. Landed, tamed. Late Saturday night, I stumbled across Skoll. Landed, shot with an arrow (there was someone chilling on a flying mount nearby), tamed.

So this evening, I decided to go and buy a few enchanting recipes from the shard trader in Twilight Highlands. Thought what the heck, I'll see if Sambas or Karoma are up.

I buzzed Karoma's spawn points, and on about the 5th point I crossed, npcscan raised a stink, and there was Karoma! Landed, tamed.

This luck can't continue, can it? Four Spirit Beasts in three days?

Don't really have any goals for WoW this weekend, because I don't know if I'll be able to play much this weekend. I'm swamped.

RL: Work today until 5pm, then from 6 until I don't know when, is a party for the house my bf is trying to start up for the SCA with a bunch of our friends. Should be fun, if I can stop stressing about other stuff... Sunday I picked up two work shifts, from 12:15 until 5, and then I have circle from 8 to about 10. Somewhere in there, I have to find time to do homework... I really messed myself up financially in the last couple weeks without realizing it so I have to get as much extra shifts at work as I can.

Didn't play a lot, but I did manage to log in for a few hours this weekend. Got my priest a few more levels, and ran DPP for ICC 25 heroic. That was... interesting. Had a late start and then had some issues as some of the people weren't 85 yet. But we at least got Saurfang down and got a couple achievements there. Also ran a random heroic with guildies last night, and finally got Dragonmaw to exalted and my 700 VP. So now my druid is sporting three epics, w00t! And they definitely feel like I've earned them with how long it took lol.

Done and now comes the boring part of dungeon queues. /yay

-Might work on my low level hunter. Not 100% sold on that idea.

If I start working on another low level I will probably do it on an RP server and get my RP on. Still not certain on which class or even race at this moment. Too many to choose from. :S

-Got to stop slacking and get back to studying. Been putting it off and I got tests to do online this weekend. -_-

Well my procrastination bit me in the butt. Only got one test done and only got a 90% on it. Now I got the weekends work load on top on this weeks and if I don't get caught up I probably never will. -shakes head-

I'm signed up for the guild raid tonight but there are a ton of signups and I'm really not that geared yet so I'm not sure if I will get to go. There are enough people for two 10 mans but I'm not sure if there are even enough tanks and heals signed up for one 10 man. >.< We'll see what happens. They also have a second night scheduled for Saturday so maybe even if I don't make it in tonight, they will have space tomorrow night.

I didn't make it into the raids though I showed up on time with flasks and stuff. *sigh* That's what happens when I'm not in a guild where people know me and automatically invite me because they know I'm reliable and quick-learning.

I'm also planning on doing ICC 10 with friends tomorrow afternoon. We cleared all but LK on heroic last week (didn't try LK heroic because some of the group didn't know the fight). This week the plan is to do some of the achievements that were too hard to do on heroic so we can get our drakes.

We got a couple more achievements done (Full House and Portal Jockey) but managed to fail on All You Can Eat and the LK one. Those are the last two I now need for the drake.

Quote:
My other plans are to do dailies on my main and maybe a couple of the alts. I plan on working a bit on archeaology on both my main and my alchemist. I enjoy leveling alts so I will probably pick one or two to play with if I have time. My friend and I need to do our MC/Kara run for the week. I also may quest out another zone or two on my main for the zone achievements.

Dailies done on my main and some of the alts. I didn't work a lot on the alts but I did manage to finish up two more zone questing achievements on my main. I also churned out some more Archeaology but got nothing exciting. We did Kara but only MC as far as Garr for my friend's binding that just won't drop. We may go back in tonight to finish clearing it to see if the Eye will drop for my Warrior.

I plan on going out to my sister's house on Sunday to visit my mom and the rest of the family as usual.
