Hello everyone!
I have a question about the WoW trial.So i download the full client from battle.net (it was 4.0.0 one)and then it was updated to 4.0.3 ...
It didnt let me make any characters from any expansion (no Bf,no goblins,no worgens and no draeneis)
Now i saw that i can try the Cataclysm trial...and when i log in to my battle.net (after clicking the TRY IT button) it sais:
"No Eligible Accounts
You do not have any accounts eligible for this trial.
Back to Account Management"
Now what the hell is that meaning?
BTW i got a lvl 18 human hunter if that matters:P

Just to clarify, you have a regular trial account and you downloaded the Cata trial onto that?

Yea i got a trail account a 10 day normal one i guess..and when i want to try out the cataclysm one it that error appears..
Alrighty, that clarifies what I was thinking you meant. It'll help me answer you after doing a little looking(or maybe someone else if they already know).
The standard trial only allows you 10 days of limited access to the basic game, not to any of the expansions.
The Cataclysm trial gives someone who has all previous expansions 10 days of limited access to cataclysm.

Yeah, the Cataclysm trial really is only intended for people who simply haven't bought Cataclysm yet.
You'll get enough of a taste of the game to decide whether or not you'd like to buy it from the normal trial.

The thing is im already playing cataclysm just that i dont have the new expansion races and some other stuff right...i mean the talents and everything are from cataclysm...
the game is full but it aint unlocked...and to unlock everything i need to buy all the expansions....but its realy necessary to buy all the expansions to have full access??

yea but there are alot of changes almost all of the zones are changed ...like stromwind for example...
Yes, the zones are changed because all players are playing in the same world, regardless of what expansions they have. You wont be able to access any of the new expansions content though without the necessary expansions.
This means you wont be able to fly, level professions above 300, visit Outland, Northrend and some of the Cataclysm zones. You wont be able to level over 60, you wont be able to enter any dungeon from an expansion.

The whole world is of course updated to 4.0, and buying the basic game would get you that too.
You are however still playing vanilla WoW so you don't have access to outlands, northrend, the new 80-85 zones or any of the 4 new races.

Ok guys ,thats allot...but damn ..its gonna be expensive to buy the original game + 3 expansions...+the monthly pay.Maybe il get it after i finish with school and sign up for college.

It's a shame you didn't join us before the holidays. Blizzard ran a special offer on the game and all the expansions.
Right now it's pretty pricey, yes. Though the first month of playing is included in the purchase, so you don't have to pay for a month's subscription up front.

The content in those would last you at least a month or two, which would make the purchasing of WotLK seem alot less painful. Another month of play from Lich King before you need to splash out the big bucks for Cataclysm. It really isnt as expensive as it first seems when it is done in parts.
