Good morning,

What are your plans for the weekend?

- Work on archaeology
- Do random daily normal and heroic
- Start leveling one of my 80s in Hyjal. Probably the Rogue.

That's it.

What about you?

Almost weekend... and not a minute too soon.

-WoW-
Have made my shaman my new main, lots of things to do:
- Up secondary professions
- Get to level 85
- Invest in crafted blues to get him hc ready
- Perhaps solo some old content for achievement points

-RL-
- Support my mom who has just lost her mother, who was one month from becoming 91 years old.
- Not much planned for the rest, really. Prolly some cleaning, shopping and other chores.

Yay, Weekend. **** work this week. Srsly.

WoW Goals:
-Dailies and Archaeology, as usual. I'm one, maybe two(depending on how many dungeons I do along with them) days away from exalting yet another faction, meaning that'll be another set of dailies I can start skipping.
-Need to do the regular instance daily each day.
-Time to begin my foray into heroics. I'm thinking I'll start with SFK, though Lost City is also one I'm considering.
-Gonna join some friends(a couple of which are just barely coming back to the game after an absence) to do a couple regular mode entry dungeons. Depending on whether one friend comes along or not(I haven't heard whether he'll be along or not yet), I may tank, or may just bring my mage for some DPS/CC goodness.
-More money off of folks on the AH, though I think I may allow a couple of markets to lie fallow for a day or two, as my competition is driving down prices enough that it's barely profitable.

RL Goals:
My dad's out of town this weekend to help my sister move into her new apartment in Denver. As such, my mom and other sister have asked me to come hang out for a bit this weekend, so I'll probably spend Friday evening with them, and maybe Sunday morning.

WoW

-Got more heroics to pound out. My iLevel is 340 so I got a bit more to go before I feel comfortable hitting up a pug raid. Would run one with the guild but they are waaay behind me.
-Get my cooking up over 500. Currently around 440 so that should be easy enough to do.
-Work on my leatherworking. Sitting at 470, I think I can hit at least 500 before Monday.

RL

-Yell at my internet provider. Every day for the past couple months around 5pm my latency in game would go from 400ish to 2kish. I replaced my router thinking that might solve it, which it did to some extent. Every day at 5pm though the latency will still spike to 2k and hover around there. So I am going to give them a piece of my mind and tell them they need to fix their "poo".
-My best bud bought Minecraft right before it went into beta and he is going to be setting up a server on his old computer. So that will certainly be cutting into my WoW time. :S

Moving back to Dundee after my Christmas break this weekend which means I can start playing WoW again on Sunday.

WoW: Grind a few Heroics. Contemplate a change of guild. Grind some Archaeology and possibly finish the Deepholm quests.

Real Life: Get exceedingly drunk on Saturday while watching the football on my friends new giant TV. No doubt my teams game will be cancelled again because of the weather. They havent played a game since November 13th, and we had lost the five games prior to that.

I was going to play DC Universe Online beta, but it closed yesterday q.p

So I guess I'll play WoW :p
I need to just work on rep, thus I need to run regs/heroics :3

Think about taking a break from WoW for DCUO.

RL:
Don't know, watch more Samurai 7.

I have been sick all week and haven't even wanted to play WoW (that ladies and gents is how you know you are REALLY sick)....so I am excited about feeling better and wanting to play.

I started a gobby hunter and so far I love love love her..the female goblins are just pure win. She is sitting at level 11 so I think I'll level her to at least 20. Trying to make her a complete toon so working on Loremaster at the same time and I cant wait to get her professions started.

I need to run regs on Zuma my warrior...she is sitting at iLevel 329 but I am not confident enough to do some heroics yet. I need to raise my rep with Hyjal from revered to exalted so I can get my first epic. So far so good on her.

Make some money on the AH...been exploiting a few markets :).

Other than that enjoy this wonderful expansion...it's my favorite so far.

This.

RL - Make amends with people I've pissed off during the week :) And then drink. Or Vice Versa.

WoW - Try and get some time in to level up whichever character I decide to log on.
- 85 hasn't been calling me much but I do want to get some Arch. done.

WoW: I'm clueless at the moment. I'll log onto the druid for a bit. Should start leveling the lock again, but that means going back to Northrend, which won't be all bad.

RL: Crib becomes a toddler bed. Put up shelves in the closet. Playoffs.

My goals this weekend are to start leveling my main again after a Christmas hiatus. He's just dinged 83. If time allows me or if I finish the underwater zone (which I think I am close too as I got the quest and explore achieve a while ago) I will put some more time into leveling my primary and secondary professions. Alts will have to wait till I need a break from my main. Also might try and start my bank alts guild so I can have some more storage for my stuff I don't want to get rid of. Yes, I am a horde hoarder.

RL:

Keeping busy. Friend's wedding on Saturday. Rehearsal dinner tonight. Working both days. I hope to catch my breath on Sunday. :)

WoW:

Run dailies for Wildhammer at least (getting close to revered for the tanking helm). Tank one regular 85 instance, two if I have the time (unlikely, see above).

WoW: Level my paladin to 84, if time permits this weekend.

RL
- visit a buddy from highschool, these... so many years later. We actually live only an hour apart again so may get to chill on occasion.
- this of course entails organizing the house now that I'm moved back to the city and having wonderful internet... I miss my desktop computer which I haven't moved with me yet, maybe next weekend... or the one after.. I'll go pick it up, weather dependent.
- enjoy the real internet, download / youtube the videos I kept trying to watch but the poor connection didn't allow
- job hunt

WoW
- see about buying Cataclysm
- finish northrend loremaster on the one who is 70/140 for Icecrown left, remember to buy my oracle egg since the cooldown is down to 3 days.
- keep leveling the low level alts, they have professions I want access to for my main and with the levels blowing by... 48,49,50,51 on the mage in what feels like no time, and I will say that this was a point I always found LONG before, hence the mage, warrior, lock all being right about that point waiting for me to have some free time to work them up. Having a blast in the revamped zones though, The..burning steppes? with the Thorium brotherhood? went from no rep with them to 5K/21K towards exalted just questing in their zone without touching the repeatables. Badlands quests were ROFL first time through with the deathwing thing. Get them worked up.
- Remember to do the fishing / cooking dailies on each of my Characters, what a nice way to up cooking/fishing for those that aren't capped, take forever but that's a day less than it felt like it used to (other than the thanksgiving event allowing cooking from unskilled to 350ish with just event cooking)
- see if I get time to log in and do any of the above, still job hunting

- edited to add - the next character I level will be one with mining, OH the mithril / thorium nodes I'm seeing in these zones untouched by anyone!

RL: Visting the inlaws.

WoW: Work on the mage, gearing up to 346 for proper raiding now that the guild needed less healers and more DD. (thank the Christ, cause that would make me the only cloth wearer)

Mostly going to be playing Rift this weekend due to it being the 4th closed Beta and me needing to make an article on dungeons and warfronts next week. Should be interesting!

As for WoW, do my cooking daily on my druid each day, try and do all the Tol Barad dailies if we control the island at least once, and maybe complete more of Vash'jir!

Also, expect a really fun article from me come Monday on the "Rare items of Cataclysm!" Smiley: grin

WoW goals : Level my third toon to 85. Been working on my Druid, but have doubts I'll accomplish much in that area. See below.

RL goals: Going out on a lunch date. First date since my divorce. Four years. Scary.
