I've seen a couple of selling these darkmoon decks on ah. I was just wondering how do they get them? . I know it has something to do with the darkmoon faire, but i'm not quit sure how to actually get them.

Scribes use inscription to make Darkmoon Card decks. When the faire is around, you can turn in the deck for a rewrd. Example: Hurricane Deck.
You can find the items on the AH, as they are BoE.

If you're wondering why they are so expensive, just look at the mats it takes to make them... Very intense... and then collecting a whole deck takes a lot of work/luck. It's fun if you get into it though, either as a crafter or a collector.
I bought a Hurricane Deck, I ended up buying all the cards separately as I ended up only spending about 16-18k for the deck as opposed to buying a full deck for 25k+. Though I know people are saying it's a waste of money and will be replaced soon and probably will but I had the gold to get it so it's helpful for right now.
