just upgraded to cata...aaccount frozen...pls help!!! :: World of Warcraft

I just upgraded to cata and got the success msg that told me to log into the game to begin download

I tried to log into the game but when I hit log in I get a msg saying account frozen

I checked my battle.net and it said I was upgraded to cata and that I needed to put in a game time code

did cata not come with a free 30 day pass like the all the others did or do I just need to put in my payment info to activate it?

I am sorry if this has been asked before but I didn't see it when I searched

BC, LK and Cataclysm are expansions, adding to your game-content, what you can play etc. None of them include game-time, you need to add a time-card to activate your account. the expansions just permit you to access the newly created content (updated zones are available for everyone even basic vanilla)
