Good morning,

How did you do on your goals?

RL:
As Christmassy as expected. Lots of good food, good company, laughs, gifts, kids, etc... I hope you enjoyed yours.

Quote:
- Do the daily cooking and fishing on my Warlock.

Cooking yes. Stopped the fishing because I don't want to hit 81 before the others. Too much experience.
Quote:
- Do some archaeology on the DK while waiting in LFD.

Done. 95 skill now, which means I'll start solving soon. The dungeons were a pleasure when normal, a nightmarish wipefest on heroic.
Quote:
- Maybe start leveling the Rogue or Paladin. The former for ores and the latter for herbs.

Nope, had no time left to do this.

How about you?

Goals:
- Hope to get the Winter Hat to drop from someone somewhere this weekend so I can Finally finish Merrymaker.
- If that happens I will revert back to leveling my main...paused at lvl 82.9 pending a hat drop.
- May carry on with my Worgen or Goblin for a bit, both are about lvl 10.

The hat didn't drop and I didn't have time to level up the new alts so the whole weekend was a bit of a waste WoW-wise. Everything else to do with Christmas was successful..the dinner...the presents etc. Hope you all had a great Christmas.

I'll probably just hang out with some of my non-christmas celebrating friends or something. Maybe veg out and finish up assassin's creed brotherhood.

Took a friend's daughter sledding. That was fun. I hadn't been sledding in years.

Quote:
Do some dailies.
Run some heroics.
Try to finish clearing out the Twilight Highlands quests.

Yep, yep, nope.

No WoW on Saturday. Be spending time with family.

WoW
Level my Hunter to 40. level warlock to 25 and my priest to 68 from level 65. between guild perk and 150% rest should be easy.
Not doing much farming got enough gold for a while.)"

WoW Goals:
-JC/Fishing/Cooking dailies every day this weekend.
-Perhaps an instance or two on Sunday.
-Maybe do my Wildhammer Dailies if I find time, and the Therazane ones if the Pebble one shows up.
-Archaeology with any spare time there.
-Forgot to do them on Saturday.
-Didn't happen.
-Found time on Sunday, didn't do em on Saturday.
-Made another five or six common artifacts. WTB Moar Dwarf digs.

RL:
-My sisters are coming over tonight, gotta assemble our parents' gift.
-I still haven't wrapped anything. Thankfully, I have almost nothing to wrap as it's a gift card Christmas this year.

-We assembled it, but it wouldn't fit in anyone's vehicle, so we ended up taking it apart(the chairs remained assembled, the table was what we had to take apart).
-Wrapping got done.

RL: Meet with a couple of other expats for coffee as a minor recognition of the season.

It turned into somewhat serious drinking and that was a very good thing. I stayed out and drank peacefully, causing me to miss a bar fight that I would have gotten pulled into because I take a dim view of guys beating women and an even dimmer view of it when the women are outnumbered.

Take care of Bun-Bun, who is having a minor outpatient procedure on the 26th. Nothing serious.

All went well.

Quote:
Spend a lot of time chatting with daughters, old assistants and former students.

Yep. It was nice to hear them check in. I hope you all had the chance to get in contact with those important to you and that all was well.

WOW:

You guys forgot to tell me that Winterveil got easier in WotLK. Stacks of gifts at 20? Yeah, I spent my time running stacks of alts to the piles of gifts and grabbing the minor quests. Easy rep and pets were worth the grind. Hopefully you all got good loot -- in WOW and RL.

-Try to get the patience to enter a heroic or two on my druid. Holiday weekend will probably wear those few nerves down raw.

Didn't happen on my druid but did run three heroics in the past 12 hrs. Only managed to complete one and it was the one I manually selected (BRC due to there being a relic off the final boss I want).

Quote:
-Get shaman up to 85 so I can have a class that can dps and then decide if I want to deal with 45+ min queues and kick happy randoms or near insta queues and dps that have less IQ than an amoeba.

While being able to be top dps is nice, I now have to deal with tanks with said IQ level. Almost makes me wish I could play every roll. Which would beg the question, why would I even be playing a mmo if I just want to solo?

-Been getting into leveling a rogue as of late. Judging by the speed at which she has been leveling I should be in Northrend by the end of the weekend. I started her Wednesday morning fyi.

Been messing around too much on my shaman to really do anything on said rogue. Got her to 40 though.

-Open gifts Saturday. That's it. Normally there is a massive get together and all that but this year it is simple and I quite enjoy that. Although I still have a couple gifts yet to get. Procrastination can be fun. :P

Xmas was fun. Didn't get as much free time as I was hoping for. Maybe next time. :P

-Go to my Grandparent's for a X-mas Eve dinner, then we will go to Church, then we will return to their house, open some gifts, then hopefully be back home by 11pm.

Saturday:
-Wake up, do our xmas thing, clean that up, eat breakfast, clean house even more >< sometime in the after noon Mother's side will come over, eat dinner, open more gifts.

Sunday:
-I dunno.

Monday:
Back to work.

WoW:
-Really just hope to run the dailies I do in TH, and maybe do a few dungeons to help on rep. That is pretty much where I am at now in my WoW. I need to get Exalted with factions so I can buy Rep Gear :3
-Maybe try and make some gold.

Friday: we didn't go to church. 1st time in my 24yrs of life...
Rest of the weekend: Went well. I have to go back to work today >< And went shopping yesterday, so I didn't get any time to play around with my new stuff(s) -.-

WoW:
Did the dailies. Made it to Revered I think.
Sold stuff on the AH, made maybe 500g.

Our little casual guild made it through their first heroic. My guildies passed on the Orb, so I could craft my Lightweight Bio-Optic Killshades. I also crafted my tailoring pants, and got my Bone Raptor Archeology mount. It was a good weekend.

Belated, but my weekend was extended by a sick little one. I had a really productive weekend, I:

reached 525 Archeology
got to level 85
stood in the fire.

Good times. Smiley: grin
