Weekend GoalsFollow

Good morning,

And let me be the first to wish you a Merry Christmas.

What are your plans for the weekend?

RL:
Today is a half workday, so immediately after work we're going to the in-laws to open up presents for the little ones who'll be asleep later on in the evening.
Tonight it's Christmas Eve's dinner at my brother's with my whole family attending.
Tomorrow is probably more relaxing, so not much to do.
Sunday, it's church in the morning followed by a family lunch. Those usually take up to 5 hours, so it'll be night before I'm back home.

Which doesn't leave much time for WoW:
- Do the daily cooking and fishing on my Warlock.
- Do some archaeology on the DK while waiting in LFD.
- Maybe start leveling the Rogue or Paladin. The former for ores and the latter for herbs.

How about you?

Merry Christmas to all

RL - moving, finally, back to the city, yay for real internet, already know I've got a time-card coming now to see when I can get my hands on Cataclysm - city for the winter that is, back to the country come garden time. Real work for the winter is the basis, just not enough work locally to justify staying. Back to the country next week actually, still got some livestock related chores

WoW - get that time card added at least and get my talent trees sorted out, dual-spec the priest and rogue so I can try some spec variation, get Cataclysm and start levelling, real internet is going to be some nice! Hopefully not take TOO long enjoying the path to 85 to catch up with the guild and join them on dungeon runs.

WoW

-Try to get the patience to enter a heroic or two on my druid. Holiday weekend will probably wear those few nerves down raw.
-Get shaman up to 85 so I can have a class that can dps and then decide if I want to deal with 45+ min queues and kick happy randoms or near insta queues and dps that have less IQ than an amoeba.
-Been getting into leveling a rogue as of late. Judging by the speed at which she has been leveling I should be in Northrend by the end of the weekend. I started her Wednesday morning fyi.

RL

-Open gifts Saturday. That's it. Normally there is a massive get together and all that but this year it is simple and I quite enjoy that. Although I still have a couple gifts yet to get. Procrastination can be fun. :P

Merry Christmas, everyone! Hope you all get what you want.

WoW Goals:
-JC/Fishing/Cooking dailies every day this weekend.
-Perhaps an instance or two on Sunday.
-Maybe do my Wildhammer Dailies if I find time, and the Therazane ones if the Pebble one shows up.
-Archaeology with any spare time there.

RL:
-My sisters are coming over tonight, gotta assemble our parents' gift.
-I still haven't wrapped anything. Thankfully, I have almost nothing to wrap as it's a gift card Christmas this year.

Merry Christmas, people! A white Christmas here in the Netherlands, completed by public transportation that's breaking down and roads you can hardly traverse unless you're driving a tank. Note to self, I need to get myself a tank.

-WoW-
- Probably will not get much playtime at all, but hey.
- Do some more leveling on my Alliance paladin, planning to see what they are doing in the southern barrens.

-RL-
- Tonight I'll be watching christmas movies with my gf on the couch, with drink and snacks.
- Saturday is dinner at my parents place. Will probably have a hard time keeping my sister's bulldog from raiding the table.
- Sunday is dinner at our place, we've invited the in-laws. Let's see if we can make something out of that :)
- Monday I have a day off, will probably be suffering from indigestion and all kinds of cramps from eating way too much.

Merry Christmas! (Or at least a happy Winterveil)

RL: Meet with a couple of other expats for coffee as a minor recognition of the season.
Take care of Bun-Bun, who is having a minor outpatient procedure on the 26th. Nothing serious.
Spend a lot of time chatting with daughters, old assistants and former students.

N.B. Christmas has gotten more popular here. Now, one sees lights and decorations at all the department stores and the shop assistants have an uncanny resemblance to the female Belfs in their Winterveil outfits.

WOW: Continue the vacation with the Alliance that I started last week. Weland sent everything he had to the young goat girl that is replacing him. That toon got deleted and reincarnated as a DK (with a more warlike BS in place of the JC he once practiced). He fought free of the Lich King last week and with any luck will soon be ready to face the Scourge in Northrend. OK, we're still stuck in WotLK, but I have to get over expansion envy. :)

Probably not much out of the ordinary. I'm jewish so christmas doesn't mean much to me (especially when it's on a weekend and I don't even get a free vacation day out of it.) I'll probably just hang out with some of my non-christmas celebrating friends or something. Maybe veg out and finish up assassin's creed brotherhood.

WoW:
Do some dailies.
Run some heroics.
Try to finish clearing out the Twilight Highlands quests.

RL - Headed to mom and dad's (note to self - remember Authenticator!) for a couple days of food and warmth. Going to watch the Heat play the Lakers play Christmas Day. My two nieces go up against my "treasure hunt" each year and this year they get a Wind Rider Cub and Gryphon Hatchling.

WoW - I'm getting the Cata expansion for Christmas so my brother (who has it) is going to have to answer ALOT of questions before and after I get it installed.

Happy Christmas All!

RL- Meet some friends for a few beers tonight and spend the day with my dad tomorrow.

WoW- I will be rep grinding still. 10% through revered with Ramahken (sp?) and about half way through with the wildhammer clan... will take a while to get there with Hyjal and so very close with Therazane. Will probably have enough Justice Points accumulated in the rep grinding to buy something nice so I will have to research what is best to buy in regards to what I can get from the factions and heroic drops.

Firstly, Merry Christmas everyone.

Goals:
- Hope to get the Winter Hat to drop from someone somewhere this weekend so I can Finally finish Merrymaker.
- If that happens I will revert back to leveling my main...paused at lvl 82.9 pending a hat drop.
- May carry on with my Worgen or Goblin for a bit, both are about lvl 10.

RL:
- Cook Christmas dinner today (as my wife and I both work Christmas Day this year).
- Open presents with the family at midnight (saves a LOT of hassle, rather than getting woken at 5am hung over by kids wanting presents)

Hope all your goals work out, Merry Christmas.

Christmas Eve:
Wrapping stuff.
Cleaning various stuff.
Finish cooking some stuff.
Maybe log on & do some dailies, wish guildies & trade chat a happy holiday.
Sleeeeep.

Christmas Day:
Eat stuff.
Eat more stuff.
Unwrap presents.
Eat dinner.
Drink.
Stare at assorted people in our house, wondering how I could be related to these...weird persons, because I swear Cousin Eddie Johnson is over there in the corner.
Drink a lot more stuff.
Maybe log on while really drunk, making no sense to anyone I talk to.
Sleeeeeep.

A Merry Christmas to all.
