On your main server anyway.
So what character, in what order etc.

For me:
Level 85 female Orc Hunter, my one and only main.
Level 80 female Undead Priest, currently in shabby PvP gear and I think still without specs.
Level 62 male Tauren Warrior, half naked because all his shiny heirlooms went to my paladin
level 80 male Troll Shaman, currently elemental.
Level 80 female Tauren Druid, feral and in ICC gear
Level 45 female Blood elf Rogue, with shiny heirlooms and everything.
Level 28 male Undead Warlock, half naked because all his heirlooms are worn by my mage.
Level 73 female Orc Death knight, also half naked because I only have one set of plate heirlooms :P
Level 63 female Blood elf Paladin, prot and the next toon I'm taking to 85 (unless I change my mind)
Level 6 male Goblin Mage, very very very slowly looking around the new Goblin starter area with this guy. Although I've never liked mages it's the only class I didn't yet have one of.

So yeah, only 3 characters left with whom I can play around in the old world, 2 I still have to drag through Outlands and Northrend and 1 just through Northrend (thank god all 3 are tanks, yay for instaqueue!)

But with my hunter having Cata Loremaster, I'm not too eager to go do the new zones again.

1. Main (finally on top yay!) - 85 priest
2. Mining/JC alt - hunter 40ish
3. Herb/Alch alt - druid 40ish
4. Worgen priest - 6, I think
5. Goblin priest - 20, bank alt
6. Mage - 8 or 9, no purpose, I just like creating mages because I love setting things on fire
7. DK - 80, just transferred her over because my other gathering alts are too low level to make $$ and tailoring is costing me a bundle

I only consider 2 and 3 to be my "real" alts; they're the only ones in my guild. My bank alt will stay, because, goblin banker omgharrypotterfangirljoy! All the others are subject to deletion whenever I get sick of them.

Your guild does that too? We had to put ours on a different server because people didn't have enough space.

I've recently started a lot of alts over. I was never serious with them, so I didn't mind deleting them, even the ones with old PvP titles.

I you can clearly see, I have a theme happening. This is all the main server I've played on for years. Most of the alts, warrior, warlock and shaman were aboce 40ish before. But I only felt the need to pay for 3 race changes for the mains.

I can't remember the ones from the old US account. Haven't played on it since right before WotLK came out. Highest were Hunter Shaman and Priest at 70.

And yes, I do the whole Mag naming thing. Mag and its additions have been a staple for me in character naming in video games and MMO's since... well, for as long as I have been playing video games. I think the first was Final Fantasy for the NES. I named the Warrior class Mag.

85 Tauren Druid Esus - Healer, just about raid ready need a few pieces 525Herbing/525enchanting
81 BE pally Kröd - tank for ICC but never got into tanking. Incription/Mining
80 BE Mage Seethar - My first toon, pretty geared in ICC had fun with him Clothcrafting/None
80 Orc Warrior Bacön - One of the few toons I leveled after burning out on ICC Mining/Blacksmithing

Dacora 71 Night elf Rogue-My first main. I stopped playing him in BC when melee DPS were in a very unhappy spot

Drakar 77 Dwarf Warrior-Second toon who languished because I tried to play him like my rogue. A couple heirloom and I'm thinking of making him my second 85

Honoka 85 Human Priest-My Main. First toon I raided with and gotta say I don't regret the decsion. I main DPS, but being able to heal gets me into more content than I would otherwise see.

Eranae 80 Draeni Shaman-Mt second 80 in wrath. Fun, but not feeling too thrilled about playing right now.

Menistar 80 Draeni Death Knight- My first 80 tank. Just not feeling like leveling him

Iustus 16 Human Paladin-Alt who I just feel 'meh about'

Yzma 14 Gnome Warlok-Another Alt who I just feel 'meh about'

Maicoh 6 Worgen Druid- I want to play more, but I play my main instead.

Havishim 13 Worgen Priest- I want to play more, but I play my main instead. Kinda want to level to 85 as a second raiding priest.

80 Troll Rogue - My 'ye aulde' main. I played him in Vanilla and through TBC. I cared enough to level him up to 80 in WOTLK with the intend of PvPing with him, but he's stuck wearing Season 4 gear right now.

22 Orc Warrior - Random alt I never really got around to leveling.

72 Tauren Druid - Just after TBC hit, a friend of mine got into the game. I wanted to play and level with him, but by the time I met up with him he was already level 18. The only thing I had near that level was my level 19 druid - I ended up playing it with the pall all the way up to 68, then added on 4 more levels when WOTLK hit.

85 Blood Elf Priest - Current main. I levelled him in the pre-expansion lull before WOTLK. I had played my rogue at 70 for ages then and wanted to raid again but do so on a priest (as that's what I had done in Vanilla, with my first char).

29 Blood Elf Hunter - Another alt I never really got around to leveling.

38 Blood Elf Paladin - Ditto. I RP'd a lot with him and have two awesome looking "Paladin" and "Blood Knight" outfits on this guy.

80 Undead Death Knight - My PvP character when PvPing on my rogue failed and I wanted to try out DK's anyway. I played him as blood for a great deal of season 5-6ish, but he's pretty much retired right now, at least until I want to level a character through the new zones again.

14 Goblin Shaman - I've always wanted to play an enhancement shaman and I've always wanted to play a Goblin. I've also always wanted to level a char with the GF. Cata gave me the perfect opportunity.

And one last open slot that is more accidental than anything - there used to be a level 5 Dwarf Hunter here I intended on leveling, but I deleted him in a bit of a haze of trying to clear up spots for possible Goblin/Worgen alts - I ended up not needing the slot.
