The party frame addon. It looks like a modified Grid with mana/rage/etc bars.

I'm about 95% sure that that video was made during Beta, before AddOns were enabled...and that those are the new Blizzard option raid-style raid/party frames.

I'll have to play with the default a little more in the morning, but I don't think that's it. It's close, very close, but there are too many little differences that make me think it's something else.

It's significantly smaller than the default and the UI in the video doesn't appear to be scaled down. Also, the names are different and it's more than just a font adjustment. The textures are also different and the pullout tab that comes with the default isn't there. The castable/cureable buff/debuff placement is also inverted from the default and I don't remember seeing a setting to do that.

It's possible that it was changed from beta to live, but these changes aren't something I would imagine being changed. If they did change it, they need to give us the option to change it back. The one in the video is a lot more clean than the one on live.

Unless Blizzard changed it where you could change the color of the default raid frames weren't they all green and ugly like when you could drag and drop people? I remember when they popped up on my first raid they were still ugly.

Also the video was posted on September 8th, 2010, and the intro says that the music was from Twilight Highlands because the Grim Batol music wasn't in the game files yet, so that's a pretty good indication it was from beta, therefore default raid frames.
