No, serious question. In the default WoW interface, what happens when you push J?

Someone in my guild told me it brings up the guild roster. I need to manually select the guild roster, there's no quick button link to it.
In the topic about finding your lockout timer, someone said it brings up the instance queue (which is "i") for me.
When I push it, it does nothing.

Sorry for the random question, but it just crossed my mind. I realize people can set hotkeys, perhaps I need to do that.

No, you're right. I put the wrong key (and edited it)

J = Guild Default
I = Instance Que (or Queue?)

Yes J is guild. I noticed there is no Social button on the micro bar anymore so I have to use "O" if I want to see friends list and stuff.

Weird, looks like somehow that hotkey must have been remapped for me. I guess I'll see if I can add it when I get back from work today!

I changed mine to 'u' as I use 'g' and 'j' occasionally for other stuff. I have dungeon finder set to shift+i for the same reason.

If I had to use the default key binds I would be highly confused.

I mapped the guild roster to shift-G like 5 years ago.

I was confused when people were asking about how to bring up the guild roster in guild chat; I thought everyone had rebound it. Smiley: confused

The "Social" button was moved to the top left corner of your chat bar, in case you're curious.

Ah ok, thanks, I didn't know that as I use prat and pretty much hid everything on the chat box.

Dominoes shouldn't affect the new social button, but a chat box add on might. It's the little bell button in the left hand corner of the chat box.
