#1 Dec 21 2010 at 7:53 AM Rating: Default

Hi,

I have a problem with upgrading my WoW account.
I played WoW before and i've added all the WoW games to my account besides cataclysm.
A few days ago ,i installed WoW with my Lich King cd and i started the WoW trial.
Now i want to upgrade my account to full version again.
I bought a gamecard but when i login , only starcraft 2 is under my game accounts.
There is a WoW account , but thats the trial.
I think they deleted my WoW account or somthing.
I hope someone can help me.

greetings,

You may have more luck getting intouch with Blizzard directly, as they may be able to help you.

This is not a Blizzard forum, and as such, the users here will be unable to give any practicle advice.

Also, they don't just delete accounts. If you still have the info from your original account it'll be easier to get it restored once you contact Blizzard directly.

34 minutes is nothing. You need to learn patience, they deal with millions of customers.

It sounds like you still have to link your Wow Account with your battle.net account. I set up my wife's old account a few days ago, and I had to do this.

Current players may remember the battle.net switch when we all had to do this, although the process is slightly different now.

There should be a link somewhere in your battle.net account management to link your wow account. You enter your username and password, they send an email, you follow the link, and poof, all linked up.
