I still have a lv 60 ony head sitting in my bank. Has anyone tried turning one of these in lately? Do they still hang it up, and give the city wide buff, or is it just a normal quest turn in now.
The rally cry still happens, but I am not sure if it happens the same with Onyxia anymore, or if new mobs pop it off. But had one pop off just a day ago, I just did not pay attention as to what brought the event on.
