What does one need to do to get the quests in Throne of tides? I´ve done maybe like ten quests in the first underwater world and then went swam and flew to the dungeon. My group has finished the dungeon but we got no quests inside? Are there prereqs? Thankful for enlightment:)

Most dungeons in Azeroth now have quest givers inside the dungeons. Look near the entrance inside the dungeon.

I think you need to finish the entire vashj zone in order to get the quests, since they are connected.
Exactly. you need to finish the dreaded "defending the rift" quest to be sent into the dungeon and get the quests. And before you ask, the same goes for the halls of origination - you need to finish the harrison jones quests in uldum to get the quests in there. Blackrock Caverns and Stonecore on the other hand don't need prequests. I don't really know about the other dungeons since I did them after I completed the quests that sent me there.

TotT has none in the beginning of the dungeon.
Stonecore has one that is deep in Deepholm and I'm pretty sure
Not sure about the other dungeons.

After finishing the Therazane quests to the point of getting access to her throne, you get another quest for Stonecore too. It's just to kill the rock dude (third boss I think) who apparently is a "wayward child" of hers.

yep! this is the dude, he has two quests.
