was wondering if anyone could kindly tell me what UI/Mods are being used in this picture for the UI and floating combat text...

I think the nameplates are from Tidyplates..nice addon, especially when paired with Threatplates. Not sure on the rest, though.

I'm guessing the combat text is probably MSBT with a different font set. I'd agree with tidyplates for the nameplates.

Skada for the damage meter..
Omen is threat
SBF for buffs.

Whatever Anobix said for the scrolling combat text, yes, that's it.

I'm not sure about the Unitframes, I want to say that he went crazy with Pitbull.

I'm not sure if that's Tidyplates or not, to be honest.
