I wish I had cleaned my bank before Catacylsm.

I spent 30 minutes last night throwing away my old kitty set, putting up random junk on the AH for rock bottom prices, and pitching stuff like old spice and kungaloosh. I still have a 32 slot bag full of herbs I'll likely never use (will probably hold and sell in a couple of weeks), and some random holiday stuff. However I went from having 16 free bag slots to having 49, so at least I won't be coming down from Hyjal every 30 minutes to unload. Smiley: smile

Anyone else have any regrets?

I wish I wouldn't have blown all my gold on those expensive mounts and items for achievements and such and not get back gold from glyphs when the prices soared. I went from like 25k down to 2k and now I'm struggling to try and get flying and professions upgraded for everyone.

I'm a packrat, I had 2 32-slot enchanting bags crammed full, and 2 22-slot bags full of tailoring supplies. The other 3 extra bank slots are full of misc crap that I cannot throw away. Cleaning out my bank was a foreign concept. /sigh
Went through all of the Hyjal quests with guildies in one go-thru, am one bar from 82, and I have to stop and clean it all out asap.

I wish I had made a guild bank for my bank alt before Cataclysm. lol, even more stuff.

edit: inability to count, need moar coffee

I wish I had killed The Lich King before Cataclysm.

And I also wish I wouldn't have spent all that gold on that darn battered hilt, although the questline was probably the best I've ever done, but I always seem to be running low on gold.
And that battered hilt went to my mage who I intended to start gearing up, but I never did. What a mistake.

I wish I had paid monthly instead of in six month blocks. Would have saved a few bucks.

I cleaned out pretty much all my Wrath mats about a month before cata hit. I have enough money that I didn't really care if I could have made more by selling it in 6 months, but I still made a cool 5-6K from dumping excess stuff onto the market.

Just two regrets: didn't kill the LK, and didn't finish "What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been" (ugh, that mistake will cost me 4000 gold).

Other than that, pretty happy where I sit now Smiley: grin

Like I mentioned in another topic or two - we didn't kill heroic LK. 34% was our best attempt. The sad thing is that we could've easily downed him but simply had a lack of available people for the last few days. I could've had 'bane of the fallen king' behind my name right now =(

Smiley: frown yeah, I tried for that too, although not religiously. Oh well.

Already miss VanCleef.

Ugh, honestly, I wish I had done a lot of things. For one, I myself spent a good 30 minutes today just cleaning up my paladin's inventory. I had level 60 gear, 12 stacks of Noggenfogger and Swim speed pots filling up half my bags. I also had to level enchanting but that didn't take too long or cost that much. My plan now, is to take things slowly and make as much freaking money as I can while everything is super expensive. One, yes, ONE Cataclysmic herb I sell for 20 gold. Kazzak is awesome. (Excluding 2000 people long queues)

Edit - It's not Northrend anymore, d'oh!

I cleaned out my bags a few days before. Sent all my random herbs/ore/dust/etc to a bank alt. The prices on that stuff will go back up again as every new worgen/goblin needs to level professions.

Right now it's a matter of do I sell the new stuff for crazy prices or do I use them myself? (new herbs were selling for 25-30g EACH last night and level 78-80 greens were about 100 each too)

Beat me to the asking Sand.
Stinks for those that have "ignored" the world event stuff or not got another 310% mount via raid rewards or whatever they come from. I hope it hasn't been removed as a reward as I have 2 characters who only need one world event each to complete the requirements, will take me... a while one of them needs the summer event so June before they get 310%.

Anyone else seen a change to flight speed in general? I was told that epic flier was 150% speed? Makes the 310% that much more interesting

If it's the same now as it was before the expansion, the first flying mount (level 60) gives 150% flying speed, epic flight gives 280% flying speed and then you can get to 310% on top of that with the new purchase (or by having an old natural 310% flying mount).

No, getting the Violet Proto-drake still gives you free Master riding.

When I got on on the 7th I noticed that it seemed like my druid was flying crazy fast, much faster than my hunter who has 310% where as my druid does not. I was flying from SP back to Dal and hit Dal so much quicker than I expected I didn't have time to aim and ran into a wall.

Though in Hyjal I seem to fly the same with everyone else (I just love stealing herbs from people with my .5 sec cast).

Oh, it's still there. I just don't feel like waiting until next October to get it (Headless Horsemen grab bag fails to drop the items I need for a second year in a row. Sigh).
