I just did my last heroics (+- 600), was fun but I am ready to move on, on a last note Fu#k you Oculus!
Occulus is so quick. I don't know why everyone hates on it.
I like Occulus >.>
The last boss can be tricky if you're unfamiliar with what the dragons' abilities are, but yeah other than that it's a breeze. I certainly don't mind it.
Yeah - Oc and ToC - people bail on those despite the fact you can finish them before the deserter debuff would have worn off even with an incompetent group.
I don't mind either when the other four people also don't mind doing them. Get enough people that struggle and they quickly get obnoxious.

I didn't mind doing Oculus, but I think the turn off was the constant on again off again of the dragon vehicle mechanic. I will probably do some more today, just because I'm oh so freaking bored. Cannot wait til tonight.
Yup, I just dinged my 8th 80 about an hour ago (2nd DK) and was commenting to my guild that I'm thrilled I won't have to gear him up through these dungeons. They're not bad, I'm just sick of them. And the Tournament, the Valk'yrs, the Oracles, and just all of it in general.
Haven't really been running heroics lately (leveling the dk instead) and will be glad to move on to other stuff.

This pretty much sums it up for me. It's nice to be able to get into some new heroics and just skip the ones we've been doing all this time.
And Occulus was never my favourite. Not because it was hard, but just because the dragons didn't add anything to the instance experience for me personally. Just isn't my thing, I guess.
byebye WOTL heroics, I won't miss you. They were a breeze even before lich king was released. Now that everyone has at least 251 epics, they are a joke; and a bad one at that.

Yeah I think a lot of people are going to be doing that, which sucks for my crappy computer. It isn't going to like all that data, it'll be lag central for me.
Oculus doesn't suck because it's hard but because having half the instance exist of mounting and dismounting vehicles sucks.
If WotLK taught us anything it's that A: Phasing is cool, B: Killing the same boss twice a week sucks *** and C: Vehicle combat isn't fun beyond the occasional gimmicky quest.

At least that's what I'll be doing, I was already running at 15-20fps in Ogrimmar yesterday.
Oh and yeah, I've decided to actually restart WoW. Leveling a paladin through the revamped areas is entertaining enough for me to have convinced myself that I'll stay entertained for more than two months.
Now to decide what to level first, Hunter or Druid or keep leveling my paladin?
I was thinking this too... do I want to try to rush from 80 to 85 competing for spawns with other people and dealing with all of that?

I made a last push to farm JP's this weekend and got up to around 3300. I figure I will get some more from the daily random dungeon on the way to 85. I was trying to push for 3500 but I just can't make myself do it. >.>
When a pastime like WoW that is supposed to bring me enjoyment starts too closely resembling dull work it's time to just do something else until Cata launches.
Most people were probably at 4k easy but I quit for a while and then spent a bunch of JP on PVP gear when I got back into BG's for a bit. I did manage to get my honor to over 3k as well and I think I am done with that too until I can play the new BG's for XP. :)

That's what I already do and my fps still sucks. -_-
My only other option is to turn off every single add on, which is not going to help me get herbalism server first. What I do plan on doing is turning off every add on except carbonite and my bag add on, but that's still going to use up about 8 MB of memory (and yes that sadly DOES make a difference).
Seriously, first priority with my financial aid check besides text books is going to be a new pc, I'm not raiding anything with this piece of ****.
