EDIT - What the hell? The price online is now $39.99. Am I going crazy? Wasn't it $49.99 yesterday???

Deleted the original post because it doesn't make sense any more ...

Now I am just confused ... Is it less in Canada for some reason? Or did I just dream that it was $49.99??

I'm pretty sure it's always been $39.99 and what $69.99 or $79.99 for the CE.

Maybe they decided that it's been long enough to bring Canadian prices more in line with US prices since both are almost exactly equal now.

That's what mine cost.

Maybe it was $49.99 in Canadian dollars, large beers, hockey pucks or whatever you guys use for money.

Hockey pucks would be an awesome currency.

One would need a very large coin purse to carry many of those.

I presume that each hockey puck would need to be highly valuable, for practical purposes.

You must always protect them. South Park even had a song about that.

It's not as bad as somebody boasting about having a wall full of them.

Come on, people! Keep up with the economic news, for cripe's sake.

Hockey pucks have been normalized and their value brought into line with other world currencies.
Right now, the Canadian Hockey Puck is trading at par, or nearly so, with both the U.S. greenback, and the Japanese chopstick.

There have been rumblings of the U.S. bringing in a new currency, however, it's monetary value would be rather questionable: the retired Floridian.
