Ever since they announced it I've been wanting to see the new world. Leveling up has always been one of my favorite parts, and being able to experience it in updated zones has really gotten me looking forward to Cataclysm.

Can't wait to make my Troll Druid. Favorite race and favorite class come together in one glorious character. =3

I'm looking forward to seeing the new zones, espescially Vashj'ir and Uldum. The major questing revamps are also something I'd really like to see.

Definitely re-leveling 1-85 in the new Azeroth. Probably going to roll a priest and just admire all the changes made :D
#7081 Aug 01 2010 at 9:35 PM Rating: Decent
I'm looking forward to leveling to 85 with my current hunter, seeing all the old world re done, playing either a worgen or goblin, I'm just excited about the whole game in general!
Been playing WOW for six years now and get excited when ever a new expansion comes out.
Thank you for reading :)

What I look forward to in the Cataclysm Expansion:

To venture through the lost isles as a goblin, doing my best to do trades to get myself some gold, and blowing things up in my path. My enemies better be cautious because when Blunderbuss the Goblin Hunter is around there is no way of knowing if you're going to be safe.

|(@)@)"""""""**|(@)(@)**|(@) Beware the Goblins

With the goblin joking aside, in the Beta I look forward to helping as much as I can to make the Cataclysm expansion the best it could possibly be. ( Without trying to blow stuff up too much )

What I'm most happy about is actually seeing deathwing.
I heard he's going to be EXTREMELY large. It'd be funny to use a dk and use death grip on some lv 6-7 in the maelstrom to pull them in. :P
OH! And also all the new class combinations.
Blood elf warrior *-* (Finally) My favorite races are tauren and blood elves (FOR THE HORDE!!!) But I don't usually use melee on taurens since they feel so heavy to move with so I just waited until this'd come out, and boy am I happy. xD.
Best of all, I just want to have a nice time playing. ^^

Where should I begin? First off, I must say I have been waiting to see the inside of Hyjal since vanilla WoW. I can't begin to extend how excited I am for that. Honestly I can't wait for any of the new features that Blizzard is integrating into this new expansion. new level cap, new races, Brand new "old world", now that is a biggie. Now I will have the drive to re roll from level 1 again and enjoy all the brand new content while doing it.

I am really excited to try a Worgen and a Goblin. The new end game content is going to be amazing I am sure of that. Just experiencing the changes to each class and how they affect the balance of the game will be a thrill.

What I really want to do above all else is beta test this thing. I really want to give this a run through and give Blizzard my feedback and make sure I do anything I can to help. I want to be a small part of the process to make this expansion the best it can be.

Thanks for the opportunity, Mike

The one thing I'm looking forward to most is... everything. I mean, the game has grown incredibly stale practically since the day Wrath of the Lich King was released. Cataclysm looks both promising and disappointing but I have high hopes for it nonetheless. I'm happy that they decided to add in new races but the fact that the Horde is being given miniature Orcs instead of a true, new race is disheartening. I guess the same could be said for the Worgen since they're basically humans with a disease that turns them into a vicious, furry anthropomorphic creature.

Still, it's better than nothing. Some class changes look very promising with a lot of potential where as others are a bit... underwhelming. Yet despite this I'm very excited! Especially since this will breathe new life into each class and hopefully balance it out so we don't have more of one class running around than another.

The changes to the lands are probably the most interesting. I'm not a graphic junkie or anything like that but there have many times when I would wander around an area and just admire the amount of work and talent put into the virtual world we play (or live) in. Seeing all these areas redesigned... it's almost like playing an entirely new game and I think that's exactly what we WoWers need to renew our interest in the game.

I'm definitely looking forward to the addition of new lore and more importantly, getting the chance to fight Deathwing (hopefully). I just pray Blizzard doesn't shaft us in the ending of this expansion like they did with the Lich King.

All and all I'm looking forward to Cataclysm for many reasons but the number one reason is to renew my interest in the game, something that has been waning for quite some time now.

(Oh and I know I repeated myself a bit throughout this explanation but I'm tired and I had to rush it so I could get that sliver of a chance to win a beta key, haha.)

The return of Ragnaros with out a doubt. Molten Core is still my favorite raid in the game, I still go every week, and getting to battle Ragnaros again is what I am most excited about!

While I look forward to every aspect of Cataclysm, I am most looking forward to new and challenging raid content. Blizzard has made some really amazing raids, my favorite being Ulduar, and I have full faith that they can blow me away again with stellar new raids.

Oh yeah, and Smoke Bomb looks really fun. =)

I'm extremely excited about leveling a new character, especially a goblin and a worgen to experience the new leveling zones as well as the reworking of the old zones. I am also especially excited about the new 80 to 85 content such as the Mount Hyjal and Uldum zones. Just being able to look at them will be great but i can't wait to get into the questing and see where it's being taken. I also am an aspiring video game developer and can't wait to see the changes in cosmetic terms as well as performance terms of the engine and how're the developers are using it now. overall i'm excited about it all!

I'm most excited about spending another $30 on a pretty box to put on my bookshelf!

I am looking forward to been able to see the whole new Azeroth and been able to explore the new lands, aswell as all the new spells and abilities class's will have.
#7092 Aug 01 2010 at 10:00 PM Rating: Decent
Old zones with new content, new talent trees/abilities, new class conbinations, finally flying in Azeroth. I could go on and on and on.
#7093 Aug 01 2010 at 10:01 PM Rating: Decent
I am looking forward to how the talent system is reconfigured, and how the minor changes in each class changes the game. The PvP would be completely different if the classes were fixed, nerfed, etc. I would probably try every class and check out the new areas and graphics, and also pay attention to the expansion as a whole. I would look at the minor changes and fixes they have made and check out how they have changed the new leveling experience.

Thanks!

What I looked forward to in Cataclysm?

To be able to haggle the best prices out of everyone and anyone on my little devious goblin. Not to mention to be able to solve every problem by attaching a large explosive device onto it. I mean, really!? Goblins = Win. End of story.

Why do I wish to partake in the beta?

To be able to have the chance to help out blizzard with all the bugs that are probably swimming around in the beta right now. And to give them valuable feedback while still remembering it's still a beta. That alone is a nice experience, knowing you helped in something as big as World of Warcraft. Even the smallest cog can back the biggest difference. Also, to be able to have the opportunity to log into Beta one moment and see all the changes, then switch back to the old world that we've know for so long. It'll be nice to really appreciate the little things of the old world one last time before the big change into the big bright future.

I'll join in on the hype. What am I looking forward to most in the expansion? I do like the racials on worgens, so I'm pretty excited to get a mage up and pewpewing. Of course new raid bosses, more stuff to kill and hopefully a new fire in my belly to find a good guild and kill those raid bosses.

Hello I am very interested in seeing all the new things that are seen as has been Azeroth. I want to discover the new cities of trolls and gnomes who finally have their own city. I'm interested to see how everything is now at the beginning because the way to level up will change. I also want to try the two new characters that there will be the Wargens and Goblins and new combinations of classes. Discovering new hunter changes the focus in the place of mana and the new operation from pets. Azeroth flight go all i see everything that has made the dragon Blackwing and good that's all. I hope to get lucky:), because I have looking forward to test the new expansion for one of the best games ever World Of Warcraft!

PS: Sorry for my English is very bad but I just want to play a key AND the expansion, thanks.

Personally, I'm looking forward to all the new engineering recipes that will be showing up, especially if some of the ones already datamined are any indication of what to expect, as well as seeing the changes to my class of choice, hunter.

Besides that, since I play alliance, I'd probably have to say that I would also be looking forward to maybe playing a worgen, but more than that would have to be simply the lore progression from what was already established to something that is more or less brand new to Warcraft. I'm already itching to start playing again, and a chance at the beta would make it that much sooner.

I'd have posted this sooner, but I forgot my login and had to get it through email again... oops ^_^;

*fixed* posted on wrong section

I'm very excited about all the new changes to Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms. It'll be great to see the take-overs of areas that we've been striving for through the whole time WOW's been out. Seeing Hyjal opening up along with Gnomer finally being taken back and seeing behind the walls of Gilneas finally will great. Plus all the areas that the Horde and Alli have both been fighting for changing hands.
