So, I've looked on Bliz and Allah for a problem like this and haven't found anything yet. Since the patch I've been able to log onto 2 characters fine, but my 3rd character is giving me problems.
All 3 toons have the same addons etc., whenever I try to log onto this 3rd toon my computer restarts. I deleted my WTF, Cache and WDB folders; moved all my addons from interface (except blizz defaults) to a folder on my desktop and I'm still having this problem.
Any ideas?

That's very strange that your whole computer restarts when trying to do something within a game.
I'd put something up in the technical help forum on the O-Board, or look on there to see if anyone else is experiencing this.
Is your third character in a far away or remote spot on the map compared to the others, or something very different than the other 2 that is causing problems? I know I've read that if someone logs and is on the boat strange things happen.

I checked all the O-boards as well as Alla and the closest I found is people getting the blue screen after a few minutes of playing. Not the same problem and tryed the fix for that with no luck :(

While SW isn't my favorite place it's not a bad spot to log :P Rehana (the toon that's causing this problem) is in SW bank. As for anything else different all 3 of my toons used (before I took them all out T/S this) the same addons/layout.
Hmm... strange. I was on for a few hours after patch no problems with 2 of the 3 characters. Now this problem is happening for all 3 of them. They are all logged out in IF or SW (2 in bank and 3rd at AH).
Checked video card drivers and they are up to date. Computer is running nice and cool, all physical connections are good, memory tests didn't report anything and no spyware/virus's found by Zone Alarm Pro or Adaware.
I'm running out of ideas :(
