i have a love/hate relationship with the new raid interface.

first, the love:

being able to see how many classes are in the raid at a glance is nice.
being able to drag said classes out with one drag instead of keystroke+drag is nice too.

but the hate:

my GOD this interface is bugged to ****. problems removing people from the raid, weird leadership passing issues, Q's not going to everyone....you name it. and its not just me....everyone i know is having issues with this raid interface.

i dont normally say this, but please blizzard, you have beta testers, and i know many of them give good feedback....LISTEN TO THEM! i saw them post stuff about this thing months ago and i would expect it to work by now!

I've thought for a while that the Blizzard beta test scenarios are more about Blizz stress testing servers than actually testing gameplay. There seems little correlation between the bug fix requests that get posted on the beta forums and what actually happens when the patch is released, and the lack of blue posts in those forums compunds the misery.

Maybe if Blizz held more "Closed Beta" events for patches with a dedicated group of beta testers, who were guaranteed to give the type of feedback they were looking for these issues might be resolvable. At present though when test realms are up the forums are flooded with whine posts about "Nerf xyz!!!11One!" or "ZOMG we've been nerfed!!". I guess Blizz thinks that their internal bug testing is enough to find the majority of bugs and the general populace should be used for server stress tests...
