To reformat your drive : (BE ABSOLUTLY SURE YOU WANT TO DO THIS FIRST!!!)

START > MY COMPUTER > [RIGHT-CLICK] the drive you want to reformat > FORMAT...

Im sure I dont need to say that this will wipe ALL information from that drive.

Ill repeat that:

That this will wipe ALL information from that drive.

You will even have to reinstall your OP system (WIN or LYN)

I have no idea obviously what your system is, but you probably could use a utility that shipped with your computer that restores the computer to the original 'shipped' status.

Either way, if you hooked up the comcast yourself, the connection SETTINGS will be lost, and you will have to re-hook it up again.

The PHYSICAL connection from the exchange to your home will still be there.

If your worried about spyware, there are a few free, available via google that you can check your system with first. Probably better to check that freely first, than go through all the palava of reformating unnecessaraly.

DISCLAIMER: Oh and just so you know, I do not hold myself responsible for any problems you may encounter doing this reformat.
If you start it, you cannot stop it halfway through because you, to put it bluntly, chickened out. Once its started, its started.

Before any reformat, take a backup... If you don't, you are sure to have a scratched CD for the program you absolutely need to install.

Like he said, make sure this is absolutely necessary. Have you tried a few other removal programs, I've used "AVG" and Avast(runs 24/7 on ur comp), also try Dr. Web it was really good on my 2 comps. At one point i was going to take mine into the comp shop, but the guy recommended trying these first. Reformatting is very drastic and alot of work. but I could NEVER imagine having to re-install WOW, I'd pull my hair out.

Good luck.
