Look at the TOP of the table, it says "account expires: "
The internet would be a nicer place if people would look for 5 seconds before asking questions instead of 0.2 second.

Edit: Ok, it say's Jan 12th. Now, does that put the 60 and the 1 day? or what. Does it add all the cards or just the last one.

"1 day pending" means that Blizzard gave you a free day after your last payment and before your next one.
I think it was some time in November when the servers got screwed for a day or so and they gave out an extra day to those affected. 60 days were purchased on 11/12 and would normally expire on 1/11 (30 days in Nov, 31 in Dec). 1 day was given to 1/11 (the end of your current paid time), thus pushing the next "due date" to 1/12.
You have about 3 days left.

Aight, thanks man. Well, this sucks. I gotta get some donations from the guild becouse I just paid cash for the guilds website. :(
