just got a kick-*** axe. Where can I learn the axe skill? (I'm a Troll Shaman)

Head to your nearest capital city and speak to one of the guards. Ask him/her for the weapons trainer. If that trainer does not teach you the skill you want, he/she will tell you what each of the other weapon trainers will teach you.
Axes are from Orgrimmar, in a hut opposite the anvil/forge.
Be aware that unless you have the talent to wield 2-handed axes you will only be able to learn the 1-hand axe skill.

Got that. Thanks. I just wasn't sure if I had to go to a Shaman trainer for the axe skill
