I know we are not supposed to drink potions in PVPs but what about first aid?

It's PvP. Do whatever you feel you need to do to win(so long as it doesn't break the TOS).

Just remember, use it now and you may not have it later.

use of consumables is perfectly ok in pvp. it's just in duels that it's frowned upon.
