Not to sound like a noob but what is a "library script" for? Think I have been carring this soul bound thing around for a long time. lol

Go to the library in SW and you can get a book in return for it.
If memory serves me well, take the Mor'ladim book, it's an awesome read, and explains a bit about your quest.

it's just for lore. if you like to read up on some background stories, get it. otherwise just throw it out. it gives no xp or g, iirc.
You get it from the Stone of the Tides chain.. to research the island.
You don't need to get the book for the quest to advance.

If you are interested in reading it, make sure you do so before you complete the quest. Otherwse the scrip will just sit in your inventory and you can't even get your book.
