Hi, which do you think, is more important? To be exalted in the factions that needs to get the plans/recipes for your current Profession? and having a decent gear(half tier 1)? or to have a fully epicced char(tier 2) but without profession and reputation?

Neither is more important. Having better gear will make you better at PvE (and PvP) and being a better crafter will help you craft, make money, help your friends, etc.
If you play WoW because you enjoy crafting, then I'd say without a doubt reputations is more important. If you derive more joy out of killing large monsters with a bunch of your friends, then go with raiding.
They are all equally important. I guess in the end the answer is what is more important to you?
Factions: Do you want that gear/schematics/ect that can only be obtained from factions?
Gear: Do you want that gear that will be replaced by new later?
Personally the way I see it: Grind the factions that give you gear.
For example:
Argent dawn - If you grind the instaces that give you argent dawn rep, you will be working your way to the tier .5 set. 1/2 of most sets are obtained from scholo/strat. And the argent dawn has some very nice rewards when you reach exhaulted.
Thorium Brotherhood - LBRS/UBRS, you obtain the other half, and with the drops from these instances you can obtain a higher status with them.
There are other examples, but those are the best ones in my OP.

Is there a reason you can't do both? Or is it that you want us to set your priorities for you? Sorry, but I can't do that. You are supposed to be an individual. If you are high enough level to have to decide that you need to prioritize Raiding/PvP/Reputation (notice that I added PvP there - subtle, no?), then you are advanced enough to set them yourself.
