md/va/dc guild?Follow

#1 Jan 08 2007 at 2:55 AM Rating: Decent
Hi guys,
I have been searching for a local guild, but I havent found one. If anyone knows of a md/va/dc area guild let me know. Otherwise me and my sister are going to start a guild and recruit md/va/dc area players. Not saying others are not welcome, but it would be cool to play with local boys and girls. If you know of anything regarding this, please let me know. Thanks.

1) We don't know what server you're on.
2) Guilds are usually not "locally" based, but time-zone based.
3) Posting on your realm forum on the blizzard site will get you more hits.

OK I see what you are saying. I am on The Forgotten coast server, but that isnt important. I am looking for players who play in the md/va/dc area, to form a guild on any PvP server. So the server isnt actually important because I have already found players on different servers. thats why I am posting on a general server. As far my own current server goes, I have found 2 people on it, and ahve spread the word. And yes I do understand that guilds arent based in this manner, but wouldnt it be nice?

My guild has a few marylanders and various new englanders. We try to get together for RL events now and again, but those 8-12 hour drives are rough.

I plan on sticking with my current toon, but I like your idea.

I live in northern virginia, but really my gaming hours are very anti east coast.

Same for me unfortunately. I live in DC but I don't get out of work until 10pm so an east coast server wouldn't really work for me in most guilds.

I do like your idea though. Most of my current guildmates are all RL friends and do things together outside of the game and that would be cool. Let us know how it works out for you and your sister.

Sorry I did not know you did all of that since you did not state it in your post. But if you know everyone there then you should know if you can get this guild started or find one that will meet you needs.

Good luck on your search.
