My first aid is 300. I do not no were to learn how to make these. Can anyone help me?
Go back to the doctor that gave you the Trauma quest. He will teach you. At 300, you should be making heavy runecloth bandages.
How did you ever make it to 300 without runecloth? Those other recipes must have turned green or gray?

Maybe you are referring to the heavy runecloth bandage? I don't think you can reach FA 300 without runecloth bandage.
Find the trauma doctor were you learned runecloth bandage. The npc will teach you for no or minimal charge (I can't remember). Horde FA npc was in Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands.

You can get to 300 FA without getting even runecloth bandages. I know because my warrior didnt use FA really, just used it use up cloth mostly, and got to 300 on the others because I was too lazy to go to the trainer.

I didnt mean to say my first aid is 300 i ment that i did the doctor quest and i can get to 300. im 225 right now and i was wondering were to get rune cloth, heavy mageweave, and heavy rune cloth bandage. sorry for the mixup
like any other cloth, those drop from humanoids. you will start getting mageweave around level 40, runecloth around level 50. like with other bandages the "heavy" version is simply made of 2 of the same material.
The same doctor will give you those recipes when your first aid is higher. You can farm the cloth or just buy a few stacks at ah and make the bandages you can. Make bandages until your current recipes are green, then go back to the doctor and learn another recipe.
To get from 225 to 250 you'll have to make the heavy mageweave bandages. Then at 250 talk to the trainer guy again and he'll teach you how to make the runecloth ones. Then you make those from 250 to 290. Then talk to him again and he'll teach you the heavy runecloth bandages.
