Go blood elf so the damn ally queue times can get shorter.

Blood Elf Paladins are going to put a new meaning to the term "overpowered" so definetly go there >_>

(did he buy it?)

If you're Alliance, stick with Draenei, so you don't have to start all over from scratch again.

That’s more or less where I’m coming from. Though I’ve reserved names on both sides, just in case. I much prefer the blood elves to the overgrown smurfs the alliance got stuck with. But I’m finding it difficult walking away from all the resources I have on the alliance side. So I’m going to give those rejects from a Johnny Depp sequel a chance. Okay, so they are yet another blue skinned race with stupid little chin wigglies and a big bone plate for a forehead like a Klingon. I’m sure I’ll play this new race with an open and unbiased mind. Really.

if you're a fast leveler either side is one is good. I leveled an orc warrior from scratch from 1-17 from 1/5/07-1/7/07. he has 1g20s (or something like that) and i already have some epic charger mats for my BE pally. so if you can level fast or even just a little fast, pick either.

If I was just asked to pick (which I won't, I'm sticking to Dwarf for awhile), I'd probably go with Blood Elves, simply because I like Horde better and they're, for fear of sounding stupid, cool.

But the Draeni (sp?) sound interesting because, if I've heard right, they give you the ability to play an Alliance-side Shaman. Ooooh.. I can just imagine it now.

But I guess it'll just come down to Horde vs Alliance, and Legolas vs. Davey Jones. Pick away.

Be glad that at least the Alliance new race is a new model type. Oh boy...a red Night Elf. You really knocked that one out of the park, Blizz...

I had not been to ashenvale in a long time, so on a trip through i notice another quest giver at one of the buildings and saw my first female drenai - i know what i'm picking now. So whilst the teeming hordes of BE's run about annoying the rest of the horde, i'll be in the hopefully quiet drenai starting area(yeah right) with my new paladin.
