Ouchies.

(old?)

And yes, considering immunity to fear would rock just a bit too much as well as the fact that someone at Blizzard wouldn't confirm if Illidan would die in the expansion, it could be fake...

Immune to fear? That sounds like a warlocks worst enemy to me.

The sprite for the weapon is too ******.

Plus, so many immunities is way overdoing it.

Immunity to stun and movement impairment by chance?

That weapon would be amazing to obtain, if it exists. And if it does its drop rating has to be something along the lines of 0.0000012% (1/[some arbitrarily huge number])

Which raid dungeon is that "suppose" to be in?

Or would that even be found in a dungeon?

They'll wear it and still **** and moan about Fear being overpowered.

I don't know if Blizz would make a weapon that would make the wielder immune to fear...

Well it's Legendary so you know it's going to be a hardcore pain in the *** to get if that's any consolation. On the plus side, there are always ways other than Fear for at least Warlocks to deal with their opponent; Curse of Exhaustion does funny things to Warriors, provided you're specced for it. They won't be Immune to stuns so you can still take them out with other means.

It's a pain but it's by no means impenetrable. Hell there's already that blacksmithing trinket that grants 30 seconds of fear immunity, and as far as I'm concerned any Forsaken with their trinket is already pvp-effectively immune to fear.

The absolute best warlocks have learned not to lean on Fear as a crutch.

As far as I'm aware, legendary (name in Orange) weapons are gained through quest chains. Instance quest chains.

Nah, we have Succubus, Shadowfury, Grenades, and Death Coil for that.

Plus, it's not like people actually reach us before we kill them.

Kiting skills... hah!

Kind of off topic, but what UI is being used in the screenshot?

Chance on hit: ... immune to stun ... for 15 sec.

How do you hit with it when you're in stunlock?

If that is a real weapon I would give me left... no, both of my nuts to have it. Its probably fake, but if it isn't that fear effect will be nerfed after 100 people get it, and if not locks will just get something even more powerful to compensate.

No man would ever part with his......manhood for anything. Of course there are special but rare circumstances (cancer, etc;) but not for computer code and lots of pixels. Sorry.

I've recently created a Tauren warrior and wanted to spec for 2h axes but they have basically taken a backseat to sword and maces but this actually sheds some hope for the axe wiedlers. However, I'm a casual player so guess who won't be seeing this item?

Well they still have death coil which is a terror effect as opposed to a fear effect so they can still dot dot dot death coil lol run...

Its quite simple actually, while your hitting you when you get that chance hit you will have a little buff blinking and it will say something along the lines of "Immune to Stun" and will count down from 15. So its just if you are lucky fighting and you get that chance hit in the beginning of the battle before the opposer has had a chance to use a stun spell.

So in short it isn't calculated in for a chance to be immune until after you hit with it.

Obviously fake. Look at the chatlog, how can the head of Illidan only be epic?

It's fake.

The graphic is the Howling Warsong Axe which you can pick up at lvl 61 iirc and seeing as none of the items for black citadel have been implemented yet you can't get the head of illidan, even if you trawl through the item files, they've just not been put in place yet.

The same goes for the proc effect, if it was real it would be in the spell database of the last beta update, but its not.

Even if it was real can you imagine the nerfings the warrior class would get for having a weapon that made you immune to fear, stuns and roots? Ashkandi/Dark Edge was bad enough.
