Mauradon exit?Follow

Hi, I've been helping wow friends w/ their alts, and lately we've been doing Mara. There are certain Princess drops they want, and last night I wanted to exit, reset and kill Princess again w/ them... and we couldn't find the exit.

Is there one?

We passed leader to a friend not in the instance, left group and did /camp. But when we came back in we weren't near a door to mara, we were at the falls where you teleport in when you use the staff! Had to hearth out and end it.

I've looked at 5 on line maps, and none show an exit from the depths of mara. If there is one, pls tell me. Thx! Or is there some way to do multiple Princess runs w/out hearthing out to Nijel's (everyone would have to set there or something)?

Here is a good map:

It does not look like there is an exit anywhere near the princess however unfortunatly.

You can walk out of Maraudon even after killing the princess. There are several ramps leading up from the waterfall area to Celebras.

Thanks! Yeah, looks like there is no exit from Princess. We did find ramps up, but it was a long fight to get out.

And like I said, when we realized how late it was getting (and we still weren't out), we passed leader, /camped, and came back - down at the waterfalls.

I think the only way to do two Princess runs for gear for friends is to get everyone to bind at Nijel's Pt and just ride back to Mara - use staff - and go back to Princess. And then play alts til hearthstones reset.

Lol sorry, but I laughed at that, as if there's nothing else to do.

one thing you can do after you kill the princess is strip nekkid, die (the nekkid part is to avoid dura loss) and run back to the instance thru the normal purple/orange ports. this will put you just an instance portal away from a reset.

huge time saver.

Speaking of Mara, I don't know if it was because I lagged or what, but I recently went there with some lowbie friends, and if I remember rightly, we just appeared at the lake. No huge fall from a mile up. Was this removed?

Nice advice for any instance where you have a large walk to the exit.

But in my opinion, not very practical. I never have enough free space (especially after having finished an instance run) to unequip all my gear, not even half.

Yes, this was removed. You always appear at the edge of the lake now. Too bad really, had some good laughs when it bugged.

Pah, lame. I got my friends all hyped up about something really cool at the start, hyping it and nothing. Sigh....

What happened when it bugged? Stuck a mile high?

Water wouldn't load in time to break your fall. Very painful >_<
