Yes, but please be certain that your brother doesn't sell all your stuff and ruin your characters.

In other words, make sure he is not ridin' dirty.

Technically WoW is 13 and above.

I let my 12 year old daughter play.

Lots of families share accounts, by sharing I mean having 1 account that multiple family members use.

I would say yes, but the many Allakhazam prudes on this forum would
say it's against the ToS and wouldn't agree.

Yea you could get away with it just fine.....

It is against the TOS, but just don't tell anyone in game. Have you're brother be aware that he shouldn't tell anyone either.

Only two people are EVER allowed to access the account (from the moment the account is created to the end of time). Who are those two people? The first is the person who set up the account in their own name (you aren't allowed to set up an account in any name other than your own legal name). The second is one (1) of the children or trustees (under age 18) of the first person. Not siblings, not parents, not spouses, not friends, not strangers.

D'you know what "trustee" is? Whoever the fuck you want it to be.

If you have a friend that's 17 and wants to play a little, you can remove the title of "trustee" and place it on your friend, until that person is done. Pretty much, as long as they aren't legally adults, you can let anyone play your account. You can even make a powerleveling service a "trustee", therefore loopholing the ToS, so long as they are underage.

So if you get banned for powerleveling, if your powerleveler is underage and you have no current trustee, you can argue its legitimacy in court.

Just a thought.

Technically a trustee is appointed by an operation of law much like a power of attorney. Yes, by definition a trustee can be anyone you'd like but normally it is a legal title.

Like everyone else has said, let him play, just make sure he keeps his mouth shut about it while he's on your account.

...and while you're busy paying a lawyer thousands of dollars on a case you'll lose, you'll still be without WoW.
