That is, if you're going to be rolling anything at all. I am sticking with my pally, but a Prot Draenei warrior is waiting in the wings. Still trying to think of a wicked name for him.

What about ya'll?

I might dink around with a Draenei shammy a few weeks after teh n00b zones calm down.

Mostly I'm looking forward to exploring the the new content with my rogue and leveling him 60-70.

I take it you've just played Alliance? I also plan on rolling a priest, but a BE one.

Draenei Shammy for me. I will probably start him right away but aim to get out of the newbie zones quick and into my normal leveling routine for ally characters.

I want to get him into a BG environment as quick as I can.

I've been playing a Draenei Shaman on the beta realm. But come BC release, I'll roll a Blood Elf Warlock named Calesta. She's going to be a duo partner with my fiancé's Blood Elf, but we don't plan to start these characters until the rush dies down some and the starting areas aren't so crowded.

My main focus will be exploring the Outlands on my main, the priestess Veiva.

I'll probably do the typical thing and roll a BE paladin and a Draenei shaman, just to see if they're significantly different. Other than that, keep leveling the alts I already have. The two new races don't fascinate me much- I'd have rather had new playable classes, but I know it's hard to come up with new classes without breaking the existing ones.

I will be creating a Draenei Mage. I like playing my Troll Mage and just haven't been able to bring myself to play a creepy Gnome or annoying Human so a unique looking Draenei is just the thing for me. :P I may start a Draenei Shaman though I am not sure I am coordinated enough to play one and I'm sure there will be a million of them running around.

I still haven't decided what sort of Blood Elf to start. I may start a Hunter. I like Rogues but I already have 2 Trolls and a Night Elf in that class. I have considered starting a Warlock since there are no other races with Warlocks currently that appeal to me.

Mainly focusing on levelling my Druid to 70, but will also be rolling a Draenei Warrior (I love warriors but all mine are Horde and I'd like one I can play with my Alliance buddies). I'll probably also roll a Blood elf Priest who I'll never play. I've had a cool name (Alarice) reserved for a BE Priest for ages but I'm half thinking of using it for my warrior as I'll play her more. On the other hand, I was thinking of going for something more Russian for her...

Hedorix is the name I was thinking of for my DR Warrior. Something nice with an X on the end...

I have my druid and warlock to level but I will probably at least start a draenei shaman.

What makes the prospect of Draenei Shamans so inviting? Is it just the fun of being a shaman on the Alliance?

I don't know about others but I have a 60 horde shaman on another server and I miss him.

I would say make a new char and then move him/her to a "Normal" start area. Yes you will miss out on some quest and the such but you can always go back and do those quest a week or two after TBC is out.

Or you can make another ALT Smiley: jawdrop

I have nine level 60 characters to take to 70. But I’ve also reserved three draenei names and three blood elf names. I’m tentatively planning on a draenei ice mage, shaman and hunter and a blood elf rogue, ice mage (if the draenei doesn’t work out) and a hunter.

Hmm… that will give me eight hunters. Cool.

I only got my horde shaman to level 20 before I came back to the alliance. I’m curious to see if I really like playing one.

I've been trying to reign in my alt-mania so that I have plenty of character slots open on the 2 realms I primarily play on for young BlElfs and Draenei.

The first thing I'll probably do is start a new Draenei Paladin to level into the 30-39 bracket (on Feathermoon, where I'm in a heavy BG/PvP guild), and a Blood Elf Paladin to eventually get to 70 (on Lightninghoof, where I eventually hope to get into some end-game stuff).

After those two are well into their journey, in no particular order:
Draenei Priest & Shammy (never played either class beyond level 6... seems like as good a time to start as any)
Draenei Pally (for 20-29 BGs)

And... just for fun...
Blood Elf Rogue
Mage (either race)
Hunter (either race)

Of course... once I've been through the new starter zones a couple of times, I will likely become less rigid about race choice. Several of these could end up being Trolls, Humans, Gnomes, etc.

After I've reached 70 with my mage, I'm toying with the idea of making a Dranei shammy twink. Not sure what level or anything, but the idea intrigues me.

I'm hoping it will mean we actually have some runners in WSG on alliance side during a given pug.

Hey it could happen.

Also who doesnt want to be a Dranny Shammyâ„¢?

First gona make a BE warlock or pally dont know yet named bloodlove!
#21 Jan 05 2007 at 9:12 AM Rating: Decent

Druids are the good runners in WSG and there are always plenty of elfy druids, shammy gets GW at level 20 but that still doesn't half-match a druid runner with cat & travel form.

Ah, I guess I'll keep leveling my warlock and my shaman alt.
Then sometime or another I'll probably roll a BE rogue as I've always wanted to have a rogue, and probably a pally too, just to take advantage of how powerful they have just become :P

Gonna go Blood Elf hunter. I've already played one on my buddies account and they're a lot of fun. Plus their racial abilities really make me a great anticaster.

With 2 toons to get to 70 quickly (Feen and Dithers) that will take up most of my post-BC time for a bit. In my downtime, I'll roll a BE Paladin named "Trashadin" just to run into the middle of Lakeshire and bubblehearth.

She won't get much playtime though until the big guys are set.

I already have 11 toons, so two more won't hurt - I'm thinking Blood Elf Pally (for the horde-pally experience) and a Draenei Warrior (warrior is the only class I have left to touch).

"I take it you've just played Alliance? I also plan on rolling a priest, but a BE one."

I don't know if this was directed at me or not, but I do have a horde character. I'm not sure where the assumption came from.

Planning on a Blood Elf Pally(the mount looks so awesome!). I am going to play him on my main server, but it isn't a RP server-though I plan to RP him a bit. He will have taken a vow of solitude and silence-and I will make a macro saying that-in hopes of keeping noobs from bugging me too much. Heh. I've got the name Eremitic, which means "a recluse under a religious vow". Can't wait!

I also want to get my mains, Kick and Wormy, to the Outlands-but no rush really. Depends on which area is more heavily populated-Outlands or the noob zones.
