I was thinking of twinking a lvl 19 Shaman. What talents should I get and does anyone have any tips on equipment?
Personally, I think you should skip the 10-19 bracket altogether and move on to the 20-29. You'll have ghost wolf for running the flag and you'll have the ever awesome FROST SHOCK.
