I'm looking for one of the newer normal servers. The one I tried is very old and almost all the low levels are grandfathered. Thanks.
um, if you're asking for a suggestion on a server, i can't give you one offhand. I would, however suggest you look at the realms list (click on "change realm" after you log in)
As to low-level characters being "grandfathered", i'm not sure what you mean. There are twinks everywhere, but there are new characters on every server, and they do just fine...

I use Fenris- seems to be relatively new and some pretty good players there

The problem with new servers is that they end up becoming ghost towns. I recommend rolling on a populated server so that once you reach 60 (soon to be 70) you have other people to play with.
