i am a lvl 7 night elf rouge and i am confussed about duaal wield can i wield only speacil weapons or just any one hand weapons

You are not a rouge, you are a ROGUE ;) That's a common mistake :)
You need to see one of your Rogue trainers at level 10 to get Dual Wield as a skill. Weapons described as "main hand" are right-hand only, whereas weapons described as "one hand" can be used in left AND right hands. You could use a Main Hand and a One Hand or two One Hand weapons.
Check out some of the links on the left of the website for good information.

Also don't forget to get training from weapon trainers in Ironforge, Stormwind and Darnassus. You can't use swords, maces, etc until you train them. The exception is the default weapon training you already have. This varies depending on your class. I believe rogues start with daggers.

so were do i go for sword traing ....
ask a guard in any major city, and they'll tell you which npc can train you in what weapons and where that npc is
Also in Ironforge, remember to check with both trainers (they are in the same building).
